I checked in around 10 A.M., and they charged me extra 1/2 daily rate for early check-in. The hotel was far from full, it's low season in St.Petersburg. This is not what I would call hospitality!

Gym was nice, restaurant, lounge areas are very cozy. Breakfast was good. Found some hair in my bath and in bed too :-/ would be nice to have a kettle in the room and bathrobes

Spacious clean rooms. Large comfortable toilet. Safe in the room. Iron and board in the room. comfortable beds. Non smokers room was true to the word. Clean rooms. Excellent restaurant and food quality. Very friendly hotel staff. at such star level hotel, it is customary that free bottles of water are supplied on a daily basis, but during my stay was only available once at check in, but not on the following days. Breakfast which was not included in my room rare it way over priced. Was nearly impossible to catch the WiFi signal for the included free internet within the room, and I managed it was only temporarily.

It's a very friendly hotel, we had really nice room and it has everything including iron. Great food as well. Felt like you got European service in russia, which is rare. We will definatelly come back !!!

Very comfortable hotel, with nice rooms, good beds and friendly staff. Good location on Vasilievsky , close to Neva University embankment. Best onion rings that I have tried in Russia in their beer bar ! Nothing to complain about ! ah - may be pricey breakfast ( 850 roubles ) - but that was good motivation to go for a breakfast ouside. There is a pedestrian street with cafes 200 meters away.

Staff are very friendly. I booked a doubleroom with a double bed. When I arrived I noticed it was not a double bed it was only two singles pushed together. Very uncomfortable when two people are sleeping together. If I had known I would of only booked a sinlge.

This is a good quality hotel that is however less luxury and much less expensive than the Sokos Bridge not far from there. The servise is good, location is not perfect but it is near Neva river for a short wark to the bridges. Unfortunately, the hotel is full of tourist groups in a high season due to an easy access of large busses and sometime it is rather croudy (with much less space than at the Sokos Bridge). Several mini-hotels nearby may be a better option unless you are in a group

чудесный отель, атмосфера которого усиливало наше романтическое очарование питером все дни пребывания там. каждый раз, просыпаясь утром, мы находились перед выбором: еще часок понежиться в уютном номере или бежать любоваться городом! красивый и интересный город, отзывчивый и гостеприимный персонал, утонченный дизайн в каждом элементе отеля, мягкие и комфортные кровати - еще долго будут создавать нам волнительное настроение о нашем путешествии! после часу ночи в отеле закрыт бар и ресторан, что осложняет мероприятие ночного чаепития после поздней прогулки по городу (разводки мостов), но отзывчивый персонал нам помогал решать это небольшое неудобство...
