Hyvätasoinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla ja rauhallisella alueella mutta kuitenkin lähellä Pietarin keskustaa. |

Rauhallista tunnelmasta aulassa ja huoneen hiljaisuudesta ( ei melua), tietokone ala-aulassa mainio.Hotellin sijainti tarkoitukseeni oikein sopiva, tuuletus oli korjattu pienemmäksi, vaikka nytkin vähän vetoinen huone. Ei oikeastaan. Huomattavaa: Tein varauksen booking.com kautta 28.9.09, jossa kerrottiin, että luottokorttitiedot tarvitaan hotellia varten, mutta veloitus tapahtuu hotelliin saavuttuani, siitä huolimatta korttiani oli ilman lupaani veloitettu jo 29.9.09------------ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Ennestään tuttu hotelli, joka sijaitsee omien liiketoimintatarpeiden kannalta hyvällä paikalla ja jonka taso ja palvelut ovat ihan kohdallaan ml. henkilökunnan osaaminen ja palveluasenne. |

Henkilökunta on ystävällistä, aamiainen on riittävän monipuolinen. Sijainti hyvä matkatarkoitukseeni. Huone sisäpihan puolella rauhallinen. En ymmärrä miksi aulassa saapastelee henkilökuntaan kuuluva mies, joka ei oikeastaan tee mitään. Vettä luvataan tuoda huoneeseen joka kolmas päivä - tämä ei kuitenkaan toteudu ellei asiasta käy huomauttamassa respassa. Pikku juttu, mutta suuri merkitys. |

Erinomainen henkilökunta, hieno sijainti, raikas yleisilme, mainiot kulkuyhteydet, yksilöllinen hotelli taide yleistiloissa/ seinillä olisi saanut olla muuta. Hotellihuoneen taide ok. Kuntosali ei ollut käytössä. |

Great design in the room, the bet is very comfortable to relax after city tour. The staff is coached very good the problem with hot water supply. Sometimes we could not get hot water from the faucet (actually thermostatic) for a long time (10-15 minutes) |

Very cozy rooms, quiet and comfortable.Clean and luxerial offers. Air condition is weird functioning and sometimes annoying.The view outside the window is a bit poor too. |

This is a great hotel! I would definitely recommend it! Very new, very stylish and artsy! Staff was just great! We all loved it! The lobby hall cafe and restaurant is very expensive. There are two beds put together instead one double. But these are minor disadvantages comparing to the great rest:) |

This hotel is a fair 4-star hotel and is definitely worth staying if you are not ready to pay for 5 stars. The hotel is run by Finish chain and has a good quality service. The rooms are quite spacious (we stayed in superior) and equipped with modern furniture. The hotel is conveniently located just a 100 m from Neva river and a short walk to Kunstkamera. It is about 20 minutes walk to the Winter Palace. There is not much esle to do in this hotel other then sleep and eat. The sauna and fitness center didn't work during our stay and we were offred to visit the facilities of other Sokos 5-star hotel nearby which is very nice. |

Good location near the city center. The staff was mostly friendly. The room was clean and everything in it worked fine. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows available. The double bed was just two beds pushed together. The gym was under renovation and no information was given about that beforehand. |

Absolutely fantastic, lovely hotel, helpful staff, clean, cosy rooms and good location next to the river. Don't worry about getting around, the concierge can order you city taxis which are very reasonable and the hotel is within walking distance to the fortress, Hermitage and centre. |

Stayed for 4 nights. Very comfortable rooms, modern and clean, beds were very good. Friendly staff with good english. No problems. Helpful with visa support. Good location. Not in the centre where it's touristic and busy, but in a quiet location and easy to walk to the centre. Right by the river. Only used the hotel for sleeping, never ate breakfast there or anything so can't comment. Didn't particularly like that the double bed, was two twins pushed together, the gap in the middle was annoying. One morning there was no hot water for showers, but this was fixed by the afternoon. No idea if this is a recurring problem. Rest of the time it was fine. |

The hotel was in a very nice location off the tourist track ('nevsky prospect'). The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was excellently presented. It was very good value for money. |
