L'hotel dispone di una struttura moderna e funzionale.Le camere sono molto eleganti con tanti servizi! Buon accoglienza e ottimo inglese! Posizione soddisfacente dalla stazione della metropolitana.TV con canali italiani Colazione non compresa nella tariffa,letti singoli suddivisibili in camera matrimoniale doppia! |

Abbiamo apprezzato la qualità complessiva dell'hotel e dei servizi, la sua ottima posizione ed i suoi comodi collegamenti. Una particolare nota positiva per il personale, sempre molto disponibile. In particolare ringraziamo l'addetta alla concierge che ci ha assistiti al nostro arrivo in un problema con l'autista del transfert dall'aeroporto. Abbiamo trovato non all'altezza dell'hotel la pulizia delle camere. Trattandosi di un hotel aperto da pochi mesi riteniamo che ciò possa attribuirsi ancora alla fase di rodaggio del personale. Consigliamo però di porre più attenzione ad un aspetto importante della valutazione di un hotel di questo ottimo livello. |

Great design in the room, the bet is very comfortable to relax after city tour. The staff is coached very good the problem with hot water supply. Sometimes we could not get hot water from the faucet (actually thermostatic) for a long time (10-15 minutes) |

Very cozy rooms, quiet and comfortable.Clean and luxerial offers. Air condition is weird functioning and sometimes annoying.The view outside the window is a bit poor too. |

This is a great hotel! I would definitely recommend it! Very new, very stylish and artsy! Staff was just great! We all loved it! The lobby hall cafe and restaurant is very expensive. There are two beds put together instead one double. But these are minor disadvantages comparing to the great rest:) |

I did like that the hotel is situated is in good place just 20 minutes to the Nevskiy blvd by walk,very comfortable and disigned. Good stuff. |

This hotel is a fair 4-star hotel and is definitely worth staying if you are not ready to pay for 5 stars. The hotel is run by Finish chain and has a good quality service. The rooms are quite spacious (we stayed in superior) and equipped with modern furniture. The hotel is conveniently located just a 100 m from Neva river and a short walk to Kunstkamera. It is about 20 minutes walk to the Winter Palace. There is not much esle to do in this hotel other then sleep and eat. The sauna and fitness center didn't work during our stay and we were offred to visit the facilities of other Sokos 5-star hotel nearby which is very nice. |

Good location near the city center. The staff was mostly friendly. The room was clean and everything in it worked fine. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows available. The double bed was just two beds pushed together. The gym was under renovation and no information was given about that beforehand. |

Absolutely fantastic, lovely hotel, helpful staff, clean, cosy rooms and good location next to the river. Don't worry about getting around, the concierge can order you city taxis which are very reasonable and the hotel is within walking distance to the fortress, Hermitage and centre. |

Stayed for 4 nights. Very comfortable rooms, modern and clean, beds were very good. Friendly staff with good english. No problems. Helpful with visa support. Good location. Not in the centre where it's touristic and busy, but in a quiet location and easy to walk to the centre. Right by the river. Only used the hotel for sleeping, never ate breakfast there or anything so can't comment. Didn't particularly like that the double bed, was two twins pushed together, the gap in the middle was annoying. One morning there was no hot water for showers, but this was fixed by the afternoon. No idea if this is a recurring problem. Rest of the time it was fine. |

The hotel was in a very nice location off the tourist track ('nevsky prospect'). The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was excellently presented. It was very good value for money. |

The hotel is new so everything is in perfect condition. Service is good as well. The roooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is situated 2-minutes walk from Neva bank so it's pleasent to have a walk along it. Recommended. |
