All was great. Especially the location of the appartments. All necessary was provided in the flat. The staff was great also. |

The staff was abysmal, the apartment was in former communist housing that has never been upgraded. The stairwells were falling apart and terribly unsafe. We were not told (nor was it posted on the Booking. |

В первую очередь то, что это не отель, а отдельная квартира. Конечно завтрак не подают, но зато есть кухня и множество ресторанов и магазинов вокруг (ибо квартира была прямо на Невском, что тоже дает большой плюс). Присутствуют все необходимые предметы обихода для длительного проживания, уютный интерьер. Особенно порадовало соотношение цены и жизненного пространства. |

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof am Newski Prospekt. Das Badezimmer roch unangenehm nach Fäulnis. |

Lage, Größe, Waschmaschine, Kochmöglichkeit. Für russische Verhältnisse war das Appart. wahrscheinlich im Ganzen gesehen sehr gut. schlampige Reinigung (Teppich + Schlafsofa voller Flecken) Vorhänge hingen halb herunter. Im Bad war immer ein sehr starker Kanalgeruch, Klobrille kaputt. |

locatie, prijs-kwaliteit, appartement was erg schoon en mooi, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. appartement ligt in het centrum van Sint Petersburg, aan de Nevski Prospect. |

El apartamento estaba bien, era grande, los muebles son de ikea jiji, pero bueno por ese precio es imposible pedir mas, cuando acabo nuestra estancia nos guardaron las maletas en la oficina durante toda la tarde. el apartamento lo unico q estaba fatal era el olor a umedad q habia en el portal, gracias q en la casa no era asi |

STN apartment +/- 90 m2 met 2 slaapkamers en ikea meubels. Luxe keuken apparatuur. De ligging is perfect. Alles op loopafstand. Hermitage op 5 minuten lopen |

Отличное местрорасположение! Прямо на невском проспекте! Все достопримечательно рядом, можно дойти пешком. Хорошо бы там поменять батареи и в ванной переложить плитку! |

Понравилось абсолютно все: дизайнерские интерьеры, превосходное оснащение квартиры, хорошая и просторная ванная комната. Чисто, уютно! рядом ресторанчик кавказской кухни и кинотеатр "Аврора". Приветливый персонал, готовый оперативно отреагировать на любую просьбу. Обязательно вернусь, спасибо! |

Квартира удобная, рядом куча забигаловок. Находится в самом центре удобно было с экскурсиями, буквально всё под рукой. В ванной была старая страшная штора. |

вполне достойно и оправдывает характеристику цена/качество. очень доброжелательный персонал. шикарное расположение в центре города. а вообще, если повезет еще посетить питер, скорее всего остановимся именно здесь. единственный недостаток был - попросили принять перед выездом в 10.30, девочки разволновались и поставили выезд в 11.00, для себя бумаги оформили верно, но надо быть чуть-чуть повнимательнее. |

Gefallen hat mir, dass es so zentral gelegen ist; dass es geräumig und sauber ist; dass es sehr ruhig ist; dass alles vorhanden war (Eiskasten, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Mikrowelle, CD Player, sogar Staubsauger! Föhn, Wasserkocher etc); dass das Warmwasser sehr gut war; dass moderne gut funktionierende Kippfenster da waren. Die Einrichtung ist recht ansprechend, das große Sofa im Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich! Weniger gefallen hat mir, dass das Stiegenhaus sehr schäbig ist (im Umbau); dass d. Vorhänge zu einem geringen Teil heruntergekommen waren; dass ein paar Glühbirnen nicht funktioniert haben (im allgemeinen sehr gut beleuchtet); dass das große gute Badezimmer schlecht nach Schimmel (Fäulnis) gerochen hat; dass nur eine Bettdecke auf dem Bett war (zusätzliche Winter-Tuchent im Kasten); dass die Bettwäsche Leopard-Muster hatte; dass die Handtücher (sauber und ordentlich) unterschiedliche Muster hatten. |

Огромное спасибо персоналу, в особенности Алине, Ксении и Веронике. Очень оперативно реагировали на все просьбы, отвечали на вопросы относительно города и проведения досуга. Есть бесплатный доступ в интернет и спутниковое телевидение. Квартира отличная, уютная и просторная. Для центра Петербурга очень приличная лестница, чистенько и все лампочки горят. Обязательно вернусь! |

Erittäin hyvä sijainti Pietarin keskustassa. Modernit, siistit huoneet. Talossa rauhallista ja hiljaista. Varauksen yhteydessä tilaamamme lisävuoteet tulivat klo 22.00 illalla monen puhelinsoiton jälkeen. Vuodevaatteet likaisia ja niitä liian vähän yöpyjien määrään nähden. |
