They gave me a free taxi from the airport, it was wonderfull. It places near the central railway staition, it's comfortable for going from/to airport, it's a direct bus to the hotel, there is a metro staition and buses and trams.
there were insects in the room, bad smell in the toilet, uncomfortable bed. And the most thing is that I couldn't stay for two days more in the room, they could give me another room the same class, but not the same one!!! Unbelievable!!! I had to pick up my clothers, leave it at reception, go for a company and then unpack my things again.
The only good about this hotel was leaving it after one night
The rooms are miles away from being comfortable, the shower changes from boiling hot to ice-cold every 5 seconds, there is 1 extensioncord in the room to provide either lights or power for you computer. food is horribly bad, children running down the halls until midnight and drunk Russians brawling everywhere... Not a good experience
The weather was very cold during my staying in September 15 and HOTEL rooms were very cold. I asked the reception to turn on the heating system, and they replied me that heating system can not be opened unless the the city natural gas system start to work. By the way, I later learned that city natural gas system can be usable only after the mayor of the city decides the start date of usage of gas. Therefore, I slept with my jackets together with the blanket.
Nice hotel with amazing sushi restaurant and mcdonalds next door. Very clean rooms with a good shower and a nice breakfast buffet. Perfect for a quick stop along the railway.
Staff was not friendly with poor English. Location near train but 15 mins walk from city centre. No city maps available at front desk.
As soon as we arrived (5am) the hotel staff could be nothing but polite and helpful. Our room was clean and well designed and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also good. When travelling by train thi was the perfect hotel and if I was in Yekaterinburg again, I would stay here.
I don't really have fault with the hotel. It was a slightly long walk into the centre of the city but the tram was really easy to catch.
Everything - good value for money. Free laundry service
Hairdresser, restaurant, staff.
Lack of English translation in the menu.
In front of the train sation - very hepful if you have to take the train in the early morning. Restaurant self service with good price. Helpful staff on the front desk.
As we were travelling on the train, the hotel is easy to get to even with lots of luggage - it is directly across from the train station - one may have to go thru one of the underground arcades to get there but not a problem. The room was new and very efficient although the single beds were small. Good breakfast buffet. In fact after the other hotels stayed in at the same price range on the trans siberian route, this was easily a favourite.
The reception staff were very good.
The area around the station is a bit grim. I was hoping that the hotel was up to the same standard as the Marins in Nizhny Novgorod. It was not. The restaurant staff were NOT good. The wardrobe was not attached to the wall. When I opened both doors, the thing nearly fell on top of me! DON'T stay here!!
Slippers included, convienient laundry package in the room
location opposite train station.
noisy guests. needed ear plugs for good sleep.
The staff was extremely helpful. And the price was cheap
Really poor condition of the room (carpet stains, furniture stains and the room itself is in desperate need of some repair), horrible WiFi connection. Besides, hot and cold water were turned off while I was showering (thank you, guys! It is a really nice way to wake up!). After a while only cold water appeared, so I had to wash my head with freezing water
