вежливый персонал плохая звуко-изоляция, (жуткая слышимость всего что происходит в коридоре), отсутствие в номере вентиляции, периодически появляются запахи канализации.

1) Расположение: это не туристический центр, но до него на метро минут 15. Кроме того, район очень тихий и спокойный. 2) Очень приветливый персонал, должное обслуживание. 3) Несмотря на то, что час выписки - 12.00, на деле сутки отсчитали с момента нашего приезда. Таким образом нам не пришлось беспокоиться о том, где оставить сумки до отъезда. 4) В номере было очень чисто. 5) Что очень существенно, отель с завтраком, причём его приносят прямо в номер, причём точно в назначенный час. Таким образом, для короткого пребывания (мнее суток по сути), отель оказался идеальным местом. Не хочется останавливаться на недостатках, так как для нас это было абсолютно несущественно. Но, может быть, для кого-то это сыграет большую роль. 1) Не очень удобные ватные подушки. 2) Не работала розетка. Но, справедливости ради, следует отметить, что работник отеля сделал всё, что устранить это неудобство: перенёс холодильник, подключил к другой розетке. 3) тугие краны в ванной. 4) достаточно далеко до станции метро (около километра пешком). Но, повторяю, никакого особого неудобства мы не испытали, и это не является решающим для общей оценки отеля.
