Clean and comfortable room Being ripped off... Booked the room at 4800 roubles, when it came to check out the receptionist at first demanded 6400 roubles in cash, I refused and showed the print of the booking and eventually after much phoning and ringing other people accepted the bill was 4800. Didn't want to accept credit card but when I insisted it was swiped twice and the receptionist said the card had been refused. I eventually had to pay the bill in cash so I could leave to catch my train. I later contacted the credit card company who say that the payment on the card went through. I have contacted the hotel by email but they have not replied.

Хорошее расположение,цена со скидкой 50% отелю нужно свои стандартные цены поделить на 2 ,только тогда он будет соответствовать цена/качество,в номере как то грязно,постельное бельё плохо постирано в пятнах ,ночью отвалилось зеркало в ванной ,за кроватью находится батарея и спать невозможно т.к.очень жарко голове))пришлось закрывать пледом и покрывалом

Отлично работал Wi-Fi. Хороший завтрак. В номере был электрический чайник. Очень плохая звукоизоляция. Слышно о чем говорят в соседних номерах. Стены душевой кабины были в белых разводах. Стакан для зубных щеток не мылся никогда! В нем были волосы, пыль и черная плесень. Фу! Мерзко. Стаканы для напитков не вымыты, а слегка сполоснуты.

небольшой, приятный отель, расположен недалеко от центра города. останавливался в номере-студио на последнем этаже - чистый просторный номер с большой двуспальной кроватью. имеются несколько недостатков: первое - в номере стоял како-то странный запах, оставшийся то ли после строительства, то ли чего-то еще. при этом в ванной стоял автоматический аэратор воздуха - иметь такой в номере и вопрос был бы решен. следующее - ступени узкой лестницы очень крупные, а лифта в отеле нет и подниматься и спускаться по ним с большим тяжелым чемоданом тяжело и неудобно (можно еще и шею свернуть). и наконец, последнее - администраторы гостиницы видимо плохо знакомы с гостиничного бизнесом - с гостями не очень вежливы и предепредительны, а по ночам спят в номерах отеля - так что если вам что-нибудь понадобится ночью, то вы просто никого из них не найдете.

Замечательный чистый уютный небольшой отель. Отзывчивый персонал. Вкусный и сытный завтрак. Сразу и без всяких доплат предоставили номер более высокой категории при обнаружении проблемы с кондиционером в забронированном мною номере. Все продумано до мелочей начиная от чая и напитков в номере и заканчивая заботливо приготовленным в шкафу щетками, губками, фумигатором с запасными пластинками и тд. )) Возникло желание вернуться снова. Возможно для кого-то минус отсутствие бесплатных халатов и тапочек в номере.

It's a quite nice minihotel in a cottage in the center of the city. The rooms are big. You can see the desire of the interior designer to make a 4-star hotel room furnishing. Good materials but probably the use of cheap workers unable to make an accurate job making bathroom. Good WI-FI. Quite nice breakfast (not much choice but you can see the desire to provide a service). May be a salad with mayonese as one of many dishes available is not the best for early morning but it's just tastes. I arrived at night and had a bit of difficulty to enter the hotel as the reception guy was deeply sleeping. Bathroom needs to be sorted out a bit. Bad plumbing works.

мне повезло, по приезду в отель стандартных номеров, который я бронировал не оказалось, и меня заселили в номер студию. там все супер !!! огромная и комфортная кровать, большая ванная комната, кондиционер и все такое ! маленько неприятный осадок остался от пододеяльника, в котором были дырки... а в остальном все нормально.
