Quiet, good location for visiting Kremlin (up a LOT of steps) and main cathedral, superb restaurant Pyatkin 30 seconds away. Spacious rooms, if very plainly furnished. Fridge with small ice box in room. Air con not working anywhere in hotel - not a big problem as temperature OK even in August. Wired internet only in superior rooms contrary to info on Booking.com.

Central location - just few steps of the city's best restraunts and 5 min walk from the Kremlin Condition didn't work in room № 34. People with walking problems, be aware of that the 3-story building doesn't have elevator!

Очень приятный отель, замечательное место расположения. Пока гуляли по городу, видели много других отелей и пришли к выводу, что "Троицкая" находится в самом приятном месте в городе.

Очень удобное меторасположение. Пешком можно было добраться до Кремля и далее до других достопримечательностей. Рядом полно кафе и ресторанов, недалеко продуктовый магазин Spar. Номер был чистенький и просторный. По запросу рано утром вызвали такси. Существенных минусов не заметили, ну разве что номер показался с запахом табака. Но это не испортило общего впечатление от гостиницы.

расположение в центре, вежливый персонал, в номере все новое и чистое, раскладушку для ребенка предоставили бесплатно нет чайника в номере, неудобный подъезд на машине к гостинице

Месторасположение в центре, рядом с Кремлем и набережной. Чисто в номере. Хорошая сауна. Завтрак вкусный. Были в мороз зимой, но в номере очень тепло и на всякий случай еще и обогреватель есть. К отелю подъехать на машине можно только если нарушить ПДД. По другому никак. Очень узкое одеяло. Сауна 1000 руб. в час - дорого для клиентов отеля.

Номер люкс - прокуренный номер, дешевая мебель, неудачный дизайн и качество ремонта, нет wi-fi. Совершенно не соответствует своей цене.

Удобное расположение, большие и вкусные завтраки, просто огромный номер для одноместного размещения. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Телевизор показывает не очень хорошо (это как впрочем почти повсеместно) Идет ремонт и днем находится в гостинице не лучший вариант (временная проблема, но лучше уточнять при заезде)

Удобно месторасположение - в пятиминутной доступности речной вокзал, кремль, приличное питание. В отеле вообще не предоставляется интернет в номерах эконом класса, в отличие от информации указанной при бронировании.

Вежливый и грамотный персонал, заселили в 12-00 (мы были с детьми) без доплат. Не работал кондиционер, но здание старое, номера выходили не на солнечную сторону, было более-менее. И еще, улица Рождественская на текущий момент вся перерыта, очень сложно пройти.
