The traffic beside this hotel is excellent, it's not far from the center of the city, also you can walk to the subway station in a short time. The breakfast is ok for me. The hot water in the bathroom is also convinent. The quality of the bed is terrible. The square of the room is not so big as I imagined, but it's ok.

Central location, could not get much closer to the Hermitage. Shared bathroom and wc, although I was pleasantly suprised at cleanliness. I was concerned about the need to buzz the reception to get into and out of the floor level but it seemed to work OK. I would say that it may be considered a safety hazard as windows are barred.

great location, right at city center. Room is clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is reasonably good. There is a small convenient store next door that opens almost 24 hours a day. Taking a shower is challenging. The water fluctuates between cold and hot and it is impossible to adjust. Also, they did not change the towels for the 5 nights that we stayed there. Overall, it is good value for the money.

Great location- middle of city. You can feel the spirit of St. Petersburg.Reception ladies try to help you. Tea in the little kitchen is available round of clock. This is a mini-hotel. Made from former big apartment. The walls and doors are poorly soundproofed. The shower cabine and wc should be improved. The breakfast table is enough unpretentiously. No west tv. Good for short trips, if you come to hotel for sleeping only.

The young staff was lovely. The girls spoke excellent english and were really nice and helpfull. The visa supports were easy to get from the hotel as they answered emails and calls immediately. The location is excellent! breakfast was homey and good, porridge, coffee, bread and pancakes. At least we finns liked it. The outdoor of the hotel is quite shady and we were almost certain that we were in the wrong place when we arrived. Rooms are small and basic. Don't expect anything fancy, this is a good hotel for a short city holiday when the location is the most important thing.

The location of this hotel is amazing,and the room was clean.Staff was very helpful and friendly.Athough I am a international student studying in Russia so I can speak Russian,staff speaks good English,so when he communicated with staff(he cannot speak Russian)there was no problem.And the breakfast was good.I really recommend it!

The location was great, the hotel is in a quiet yard in the very centre of the city. Staff is friendly, rooms are renovated and clean at the arrival as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was fine. Beds were comfortable. We were sure that we had a room with a bathroom as it was said when booking on booking.com, however, we didn't get a room with a bathroom :( There are three economy rooms on the ground floor that share the bathroom and toilet. Everything was very clean and nice at the arrival, but as we stayed for four nights, they didn't clean our room at all (we didn't ask it either though), toilet was out of paper for one day. Taking shower was trouble, problems with hot water.

Il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e la disponibilità del personale addetto alla reception e pulizia camere/bagni. Inoltre la pulizia delle camere e l'aria "pulita" che si respirava. Decisamente: buono.

Отличное месторасположение, великолепный персонал, все девочки очень милые, мне очень понравилось отношение к нам. это не отель, а, простите, ночлежка. Никакой шумоизоляции, сосед за стеной говорил по телефону вполголоса, мы слышали кажый вздох его собеседника. Если кто-то делает в туалете важное дело, плеск раздается по всем комнатам. Третью кровать пришлось практически поставить в туалет. А, ну и парковки вообще нет, но это так, к слову. Под окнами гостыми из восточных республик всю ночь производятся строительные работы с соответсвующими воплями и грохотом.Ну и реально дорого 11 тысяч за 2 ночи:(

la posizione spettacolare, che ti permette di girare la città a piedi e la vicinanza all 'ermitage e alla neva. Per il resto è abbastanza deludente compresa la colazione,scarsa e ripetitiva.

замечательный небольшой отель в самом центре города, очень дешевый, качественный сервис, вкусный завтрак. немного маленькие номера, но ты в нем только спишь ночью. очень хорошее впечатление.

1. Приветливый, отзывчивый персонал. 1. Невозможно было принять душ - смеситель выдавал либо ледяную воду, либо кипяток. 2. В номере не работал телевизор. 3. Отвратительная звукоизоляция плюс громко хлопающие двери. При неработающем телевизоре приходилось слушать то, чем в соседнем номере, пардон, занималась молодая пара...
