By the Hermitage Hotel  

We really liked this hotel. It's location is very suitable for those who came to St. Petersburg at fist time. It takes only 5 minutes to reach the Hermitage from the door of your room. O, by the way, about the room. It was nice and clean... and all the little things that make your life better - were in the room too. I'm speaking about flatiron, for ex. (lol)). Exellent secvice, nice people, so it's always a rather good journey, if your hotel room is equiped with flatiron))

The location of this hotel is excellent for all the major sights of the city. If using the metro - which is relatively easy - note that the new Admiralty station on line 5 is now open and is probably closer to the hotel than NevskyProspect. Staff are friendly enough and the hotel is clean and secure. Dont be put of by the metal door comments, the doors make the building secure and are opened by using a pushbutton system. Tea coffee available throughout the day.

Breakfast very limited - ok if you like cheese, ham and yoghurt. Couple of days the bread was mouldy though. For me the hotel was fine as I was out from 10am-10pm. This is not for you though if you want to go back and relax during the day.

Toilet coverage was dirty

great location, right at city center. Room is clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is reasonably good. There is a small convenient store next door that opens almost 24 hours a day.

Taking a shower is challenging. The water fluctuates between cold and hot and it is impossible to adjust. Also, they did not change the towels for the 5 nights that we stayed there. Overall, it is good value for the money.

Great location- middle of city. You can feel the spirit of St. Petersburg.Reception ladies try to help you. Tea in the little kitchen is available round of clock.

This is a mini-hotel. Made from former big apartment. The walls and doors are poorly soundproofed. The shower cabine and wc should be improved. The breakfast table is enough unpretentiously. No west tv. Good for short trips, if you come to hotel for sleeping only.

Все было идеально - и завтраки, и номер, и внимательность персонала, и расположение отеля. Мне действительно все понравилось. Не шумно, чисто, нормально работает интернет. У меня была деловая командировка и для меня все было очень подходящим.

Идеален в качестве опорного пункта в индивидуальной поездке.

расположден в удобном месте,рядом кафе,рестораны,метро,невский проспект

обман клиентов,накануне приезда позвонил,задал вопросы ,сказали есть фен,фена нет,тапочек элементарно нет,пепельницы нет,сказали есть интернет,необходим для работы,оказалось нет,точнее есть но на том этаже где ресепшн и то с трудом пытался подключиться,в итоге плюнул уехал из отеля.не советую,эконом вариант 1800,00 тупо комната и все,хотя чисто,хоть это радует! но элементарные удобства можно предоставить,я в рабочей поездке,не претендую на супер класс,но все же....за эти деньги хоть тапочки и фен можно дать!

центр, чистый двор, окна во второй двор, парадная средняя, но не страшная),санузел средний, чтобы согреться в ванной утром приходилось включать горячий душ, завтрак ок, звукоизоляция номера средняя - отель выигрывает по соотношению цена / месторасположение.

замечательный небольшой отель в самом центре города, очень дешевый, качественный сервис, вкусный завтрак. немного маленькие номера, но ты в нем только спишь ночью. очень хорошее впечатление.

1. Приветливый, отзывчивый персонал.

1. Невозможно было принять душ - смеситель выдавал либо ледяную воду, либо кипяток. 2. В номере не работал телевизор. 3. Отвратительная звукоизоляция плюс громко хлопающие двери. При неработающем телевизоре приходилось слушать то, чем в соседнем номере, пардон, занималась молодая пара...
