No wifi in cheaper rooms, and there should be a connecting corridor to the main hotel, not a separate back entrance. Also, all approach areas to both buildings were totally frozen (no salt ever applied) making it extremely difficult with luggage.

Excellent location -- less than 5 min walk from train station and is on the one of the main roads of Vladimir. About 10 min walk to the cathedrals, or 5 min walk to the bus station (for buses to Suzdal or Moscow). The room is clean and pretty good value for money. It is one of the major hotels in the city and used to be state-run -- it does offer pretty good quality!

Old soviet hotel with all outcoming "bonuces": old, dirty rooms, no services, old tv-set, low educated staff.

Price in hotel was different then in site, fotos was from another room (mine was lot smaller), I've got tweens instead of requested double.

For the price a great little room with telly and ensuite.

With a temperature of 20 degrees outside the heating in the room and ensuite was on full blast with no way of turning it off. Also a thick winter quilt, all in all made sleeping a chore!

The hotel is located very closely to the churches and city centre as well as to the railway and bus stations.

The room was very small; we had to open our suitcases on the floor. The staff was not particularly friendly. When we asked where in the hotel we could have breakfast the following morning, we were told quite roughly that the breakfast was not included in the price. Yes, we did know it was not included, but we would have simply paid for it separately.

The location is good not far from the train station and just a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions in Vladimir. The hotel was also clean and had courteous staff. The buffet breakfast was quite good with a wide selection of typical Russian breakfast food available.

Our room was directly above the function room so we could clearly hear the parties going on downstairs. Thankfully the parties did finish at a reasonable hour. The beds were uncomfortable also. They do not have food available also except during lited periods which was a bit frustrating

The hotel is situated close to the train-station and the old part of the city. We were able to park our bicycles (for a small fee). They offer two different kind of room- some more expensive (3000rub) in the main building including breakfast and some cheaper ones (1900rub) not including breakfast in the side building. We took one in the side- building.From there you have to walk over the parking lot to go to the reception. Rooms are quite small but with nice bathroom and good matresses- for just a short visit everything was fine.

Our booking from booking.com has not been receiced- but we were lucky to receive a free room anyway. In the side-building are no doublerooms, onlyt twinrooms.

The staff initially did not allow us to leave the luggage in the hotel before the check in time. Afte negotation, they are fine with it.

Bem localizado, entre o centro da cidade e a estação ferroviária e estação rodoviária. Possui bom café da manhã (pago à parte) no restaurante do hotel, pizzaria na entrada do prédio do hotel com preços acessíveis. Instalações excelentes. Caixa eletrônico na entrada do hotel. Em relação aos hotéis de Moscou e São Petersburgo relação custo/benefício excelente.

As funcionárias da recepção do hotel poderiam receber mais treinamento em língua inglesa, mas foram muito atenciosas.

Convenient arrangement of hotel in 15 minutes of walking from the station. To the center of minutes 20 on foot, or 2 stops on public transport. Blank number. The breakfast is included in cost. The breakfast represents "buffet" that is doubtless plus.

From minuses: not at once managers found my reservation. Even according to order number. The size of a single room, very small room disappointed.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de trenes.

La habitación muy pequeña, acolchados de muy mal gusto, no incluye desayuno. Es muy caro por lo que ofrece. Rusia en general no está preparada para el turismo. No es un hotel de 3 estrellas, debería tener 2 estrellas.

я довольно щепетильна в отношении сервиса и скажу, что персонал был очень мил (судя по предыдущим отзывам, они уже исправили прошлые огрехи). номер исключительно чистый (у нас был в новом здании), мебель новая, цена - самая адекватная. понравилось, что рядом есть где поесть (пиццерия - в самом здании отеля, напротив - 2 ресторана), что достопримечательности близко и ориентироваться легко. здорово, что авто- и жд станции рядом, но не под окнами.

единственный минус - что окна не на цветущий сад, а в обычный двор или на улицу. но владимир - не москва, было тихо.

Идеальное месторасположение.

Плохая шумоизоляция. Попалась компания школьников, которых не смогли (не захотели) урезонить силами персонала.

не понравилось синтетическое постельное бельё и громкие крики ночью во дворе гостиницы. хотелось бы более разнообразного меню в ресторане. неудобное расположение сантехнического прибора в ванной.

Удобный подъезд, новая удобная мебель, скорость обслуживания.

Окна на шумную улицу, отсутствие кондиционера. За полчаса до окончания завтрака остался скудный ассортимент блюд. Двухкомнатный люкс не имел дверей между спальней и гостиной.

расположение отеля, находится в исторической части города. скудная, обстановка в номере, но при этом чисто.

стандартный 2-местный номер в отремонтированном корпусе мне показался не больше 5 кв.м вместо заявленных 15 кв.м. номер настолько мал, что вдвоем невозможно разойтись в проходе между кроватями. чтобы вместить в это пространство две кровати, отель умудрился поставить кровати буквой «г». звукоизоляция в номере совершенно отсутствует, жизнь в гостинице начинается примерно в 6 утра, соответственно, вы будете вынуждены тоже встать именно в это время. в номере также отсутствует фен, и холодильник- бар, что для меня оказалось новостью, т.к. всегда считал, что это обязательно для отелей 3 звезд. мало того что, в номере отсутствует звукоизоляция, так еще запахи проникают в номер из коридора, где старшая по этажу всю ночь на пролет курит. если вы попытаетесь открыть окно, для того чтобы проветрить запах табака, будьте готовы к тому, что в ваш номер проникнет воздух с улицы с тошнотворным запахом столовой, которая располагается на заднем дворе гостиницы. в общем, вместо забронированных двух ночей в отеле, мы сбежали после первой ночи пребывания в отеле. за ровно такие же деньги мы останавливались в других городах входящих в золотое кольцо россии, но такого ужаса нигде не видели. резюме, не за что и никогда не останавливайтесь в данном отеле, если не хотите портить впечатление от города владимир.
