Единственный плюс, это наличие бассейна. 1.номера двухкомнатные, как будто советская общага. 2.мокрицы ходят пешком по стенам. санпины не соблюдаются. 3.сантехника ужасная. все старое. 4.конкретное не соответствие цены-качества. 5.персонал не идет на контакт, не умеет решать проблемы.

очень приветливый приятный персонал на рисепшене - все смены высокопрофессиональные сотрудницы - спасибо! охрана (сл.безопасности) ведут себя как бандиты, довольно грубые и неприветливые; горничные всё время с недовольным лицом, одна из них набросилась на меня в нервном припадке, что я её постоянно беспокою (сначала попросил забрать бельё в стирку, а через 2 часа мне потребовалась губка для обуви).

месторасположение. неплохой завтрак. отель "завис" в советском прошлом. обновлению подвергся только холл. доступ к Wi-Fi только у стойки регистрации. ощущение, что табачным дымом пропитался этаж целиком (номер был на 4-м). в номере было очень жарко.

Ужасно прокуренные номера. С постельным бельем вообще песня. Оно все насквозь пропитаное потом и запахом мо.ч.и. Сразу вспоминается родная казарма с матрасами через которые прошло гигантское количество народу, и его не меняли. Просьбы поменять постельное белье игнорировались. Если и менялись, то только наволочки и простыни. Отдельно хочется отметить, цены. При регистрации на booking.com была заявлена цена номера 5100 р. При заезде в гостиницу заявили, что цена 5500р., ибо произошло изменение тарифов. И вообще это ваши проблемы, не хотите езжайте в другую гостиницу.

Dåligt hotell jämfört med priset. Inget varmvatten, luftkonditioneringen i olag. Mörkt i korridorerna, obefintliga språkkunskaper hos personalen. Restaurangen stängd på kvällen. Minibaren tom. бизнес-номер был более менее чистым. персонал на стойке регистрации не обучен, забывают выдать, то ключи, то документы. отсутствует заявленный в бизнес-номере интернет, как проводной, так и беспроводной. в номере не было никакой информации об услугах гостиницы. отель недоделанный в вялотекущем ремонте, до части номеров приходится идти по улице. неуютное место, переночевать и уехать.

- La situation géographique - Les cartes téléphoniques achetés à l'accueil ne fonctionnent pas - Les réceptionnistes ont conservés nos passeports durant toute une nuit, ceci aurait pu nous poser problème si nous avions eu un contôle de police à l'extérieur de l'hôtel - La télévision (cathodique) ne captait pas bien (dans d'autres chambres moins chères il y avait des écrans plat) - le manque de sécurité (des jeunes alcoolisés on essayé d'ouvrir la porte de ma chambre)
