مضيعه للفلوس ولا انصح به ابدا..اول مره اشوف فندق يحطون ورقة مكتوب عليها حافظ على نظافة الغرفه قبل مغادرتك..مادري وين احترام العملاء في الموضوع

The check in at 1 on the morning was friendly & efficient. The Filipino concierge was extremely helpful. The Hotel manager (South African) was professional and runs a good hotel.

The one (Saudi) driver that was available was rude and did not fit into the professional atmosphere at the hotel. Food prices a bit high. Can do with an onsite car rental kiosk

Unfortunately we had to wait for the front desk staff while finishing a personal call , there was only 3 towels and very old, the room carpet is full of stain, we ask for ABHA airport phone # he hang up and the food quality very poor

The hotel is a little dated but in a good way. It's not decorated in typical, over the top Arab style. Our room was massive and very comfortable. The staff was helpful.

Because we went in the off season, nothing was open. The staff was able to arrange a driver to take us to the few places that were open. There's not much to see overall in Abha but it makes for a nice weekend break from Riyadh!

The hotel is shown is 5 star but it should not be rated more that 3 star.

Although the hotel is not very old, appears run down and is not well maintained. The furnishing is sub-standard.

Its so quite and peaceful .

The coffee shop shouldn't be in the front of the . interference , the people there are so cerise and nosy . its like entering a government facility with cap drivers working in . thank you

Internet was expensive; few TV channels; food was expensive.

A perfectly acceptable hotel with polite staff. The GM was accommodating and stepped in to help out when we had a problem. Nice pool and health centre - excellent massage.

Restaurant offerings we a little lacking. Main restaurant on 5th floor could only do buffet.

Location is the only +point for this hotel.

Prices are high as compared to facilities offered.Hotel does not meet even four star standard's

It was bad and not claen and not frindly, The price was too expensive. I recmmend anyone do not go to Abha palace Hotel becouse the serive very bad

My reservation was for one night and I found that the receptionist asked me to pay for 3 nights because his poor english. The carpet was so dirty, smelly and full of spots. Could not sleep because my room was full of mosquitoes. Hotel driver didn't show up on scheduled time to take me to the airport and I was about to miss my flight.

Facilities for males only, advertisement talks about pooland massages, not available for females. No tea/coffee available in room. Toiletries in bathroom not 5 star quality

الموقع ممتاز حيث يقع بين الجبال وقريب جدا من المدينة مدخل الفندق والبهو جميل للغاية.

السعر مرتفع جدا جدا في غير وقت الموسم فما بالكم وقت الموسم, سجاد أرضية الغرف غير نظيف, مستوى الفطور والعشاء متدني للغاية كما ان مستوى المطعم اشبه بالمطاعم الشعبية حيث لا يوجد اغطية على الطاولات الخشب المتواضعة ,اضافةَ لخدمة المطعم غير جيدة . اجمالا مستوى الخدمات والنظافة والمطعم والطعام لا يرتقي لفئة 3 نجوم فضلا علن انه 5 نجوم. ملاحظة مهمة لأنني حجزت عبر الموقع ليس لي الخيار في اختيار الغرفة بينما الحاجزين مباشرة اختاروا ما يناسبهم وبنفس السعر ودافع نقدا مثلهم.

يعيب الفندق ١. الحديقة جميله لأكن لا يوجد بها اهتمام ٢. الحمام لايوجد به شطاف

الفندق مريح وموقعه ممتاز والخدمة جيدة

تم الحجز على سويت مطل على البحيرة وتم أعطائي غرفه أخرى بسعر مغاير

لم يعجبني شيء لان الخدمات سيئة والتعامل سييء

بعيد عن المدينة ولا توجد خدمات قريبه من الفندق
