Friendly staff. Very central location and clean rooms.

The Staff was friendly

The rooms need some maintanace there was a leakage in the bathroom.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and it is centrally located to lots of things. We walked back from dinner at Green Mountain and walked to some historical houses. The staff at the hotel even found us an English speaking driver to take us on a tour.

Nobody in the hotel speaks English, they try to help you anyway, but if you don't speak Arabic, bring a dictionary. :)

Nothing special I liked in this hotel. The hotel staff have no idea on the tourist spot in that city

The price was quite for that hotel

The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. It was difficult finding the hotel but Akther, the gentleman at the lobby guided me well. Parking is available across the road.

No/ poor valet service. I had to carry my bags. The restaurant service was horrible to say the least. The hotel did NOT have breakfast per se. You can order but the staff for some reason was not interested to take my order. I settled for a cup of coffee. (8SR.)

The location and service was good. The staff were also helpful.

The staff was generous and co-operative. Twin room was spacious but the room with two single beds was not.

- For cleaning you have to inform at the reception, other wise they don't see the door tag for cleaning. - Rooms have no option for mechanical lock from inside (second lock).

I really enjoyed my stay at abha hotel. It's clean and well maintained and hotel staff is extremely cooperative.short and simple is its a luxury in budget.

Only thing which I did not liked about this hotel was you can not order a lunch or a dinner from a menu, you must have to go for a buffet. Which I personally don't like to.

Services

Staff very helpful, friendly and considerate (Arabic an advantage but ask for Hisham if you only speak English!) Rooms simple but comfortable and pleasing on the eye, with good natural light. Coffee shop (6th floor) open most of the day - delicious! Decent food available for lunch and dinner (next to coffee shop). Downtown location handy although was hard to find the first time (if in need of directions, ask for the Riyad Bank as there's only one branch in the city and it's 50 metres away!)

Breakfast very nice, but frustratingly difficult to arrange. Room next to a mobile phone mast. Noise carries a bit too easily in & out of rooms (not ideal if your neighbours keep different hours or your daughter is having a tantrum at 4am!)

Kitchen needs a lot of improvement, one cant order a meal, if one wants to have dinner or lunch then buffet is the only option. No proper Car Parking is available

Large, clean room. Staff friendly but virtually zero English. Breakfast very poor (partly because of English - we spoke a little Arabic) - slow, not what was ordered and some food didn't arrive. Parking available in large park across the road which does not belong to the hotel. Hotel is central but quite difficult to find.

Abha hotel located in the down town and it is easy to go various places from hotel. the hotel services are better to meet your daily requirements. I prefer to saty again if ever I go to ABHA

الفندق بشكل عام جيد جدا, مناسب للإقامة القصيرة, و أهم شي بالنسبة لي إنه يسكن عزاب.
