(+)location (+)staff is very warm and helpfull; my car was parked quite far from the hotel and they actually drope us into the park when we checked-out! (+)food is awesome; so much options during breakfast (+)room is clean

(-)park space is limited; but this was compensated with their service to drop us to pick the car in other side of parking area

Very helpful staff and really comfortable stay We had an issue with key and they helped us till sorted out

it was a very pleasent and comfortable stay , the staff was very helpfull and the location of the hotel is a walking distance to the haraam and shopping centers.

Excellent location, less than 5 mins walk to Al Masjed Al Haram, Friendly staff, quick check in and out

I have visited this hotel in 2011 and it was way more cleaner.. Especially the dishes and the restaurant tables.. Food was better in general

The location is just 5min walk to Haram Mosque. The breakfast is also fairly served with many choices. The car is taken care by the security.

The floor need to be clean thoroughly. The price is a bit on higher side. Should be around 450 per night for standard room.

Staff was friendly and hotel room was spacious. We all liked it.

The hotel location is near to Haram. Staff is usually cooperative. They provided the parking. The breakfast is good.

I booked Quadruple room. Although the room was very spacious however the two beds were not comfortable.

Location is very near to Makkah. The accommodation is alright for a single night or two, maximum.

They made a duplicate of my booking and was almost charged for two rooms. Needed staff assistance to cancel the other duplication which was made by their staff. The tv in my room didn't work at all. The lobby was mostly noisy due to travelers for Omrah. Some of the Saudi staff is not well trained for hospitality business.

We were not allowed check in only too late: 6pm , very early check out 12 pm (ie we allowed to stay only 12 hours in our room). Aggressive old turkish customers pushing in the resturant

First of all let me point out the set up your survey questions,, the first part of q1 and q3 are applicable for this hotel ,, as you are aware this hotel is in a holly city of mecca ,, only worshippers stay there. No business or leisure inthat holliest part of the world. Taliking about the hotel : 1.0 The location is perfect 2.0 The rooms were well decorated with renewed furniture (I guess), 3.0 lighting was good enough.. 4.0 tea making pots and accessiries was good. 5.0 house keeping excellent. 6.0 AC was good. 7.0 Breakfast buffet we loved it,, ambient space. 8.0 conciege service is perfect.. specifically Mr . Masoud and Mr . Omar Othman. we must give credit to these two gentlemen. 9.0 Beds are comfy. In general speaking ,, the hotel improved a lot from the last time I stayed in it 2 years ago. I would recommended it to others if they improve on the negatives mentioned.

In specific ,, we didnt like the following : 1.0 attitude of few receiption staff ( few are very arrogant whenu ask question or try to out find about something). they just turned they face away and bite they teeth .. 2.0 we requested a non smoking wing. we were given the rooms we wanted and the No Smoking signs were every where ; in the corridors ,and in the rooms , how ever were shocked to see ash trays placed in the places where it says No Smoking !!!. this is a contradiction to what they have putas a sign. when we complained no body seems to care. the keep giving up crocodile promise . Many guests who stayed in that wing were smoking heavily ( chain smokers) and all the smell penetrate into the rooms . some of us could not take it, We complained and told the hotel duty manager in that day .. unless you speak to these people and remove those ash trays in the corridor we will never again stay or recommend this hotel to any of our friends family etc ...since Mecca is a Holly place and argument is not a gud manner .. we had to be patient . 3.0 The response from the front dest is very weak and slow and some time you dont get it. ( arrogancy I suppose). 4.0 Toilets are smelly in some rooms ( not all to be fair)...

Near to haram Clean Good price for quad room

Its not far from the Holy mosque and they have a 2 types of shuttle service. Beds are comfortable and rooms are large. Although parking is an issue, they do try to accomodate

Food looked like it was brought in from near by restaurants. I don't think they cook in the hotel kitchens. The small van Shuttle service wasn't always there.

Every thing about the Hotel is good. This is my 6th stay in a row.

This time, I stay there for Umrah along with my brother's family who came to visit us at Saudi from Dubai. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. I booked 2 double room ; but during mt check-in, they gave me the Royal suite with 2 rooms. It was very spacious with seperate dining room, kitchenete areas, 2 seperate bathrooms. Everything was very close by from this hotel.They provide excellent breakfast, which gave a good start for all the hajjis.Overall, I am very pleased with the hotel, hotel staffs , and other facilities. Alhamdulillah, we were all very satisfied.

Its worth.

Hotel is located only around 500 mtr from Haram and beside Abraj Al Bait (Clock) Tower. Parking with security/vallet is available with reservation. The triple room is quite big with three 120x200 beds. The free breakfast menus were good and variative.

The price is quite expensive.
