Clean rooms.facilities, good food and Bathroom stook.
TV is difficult to operate and configure. Cannot control the volume. slippers were not provided and when asked for were still not provided.
Initially upon arrival this stay had a rocky start as we had a problem with the bathroom sink being blocked. Whilst the plumber had fixed this soon after, he had left a mess underneath the sink/on bathroom floor and was not clear if he had sent for housekeeping to clean. 1 hour later we had popped downstairs where I had informed them and straight away we had been upgraded to VIP room with very excellent service. Alhumdullilah the staff were very much on hand from then on and had made this a wonderful hotel experience.
Very close to haram Breakfast bouffant is nice
No trash bin in the room
Close to Haram and shopping centres. Rooms were clean.
Wifi was free but not available throughout my stay. Double rooms were small. Royal suite was good, but the dressing table in the master bedroom was cracked at several places. I find this unacceptable for a royal suite. Food was not always replenished during breakfast. The service in the restaurant during breakfast was poor and so was the quality of food. Some of the staff at the reception were arrogant and lacked basic training to welcome guests.
Elevators always busy, they should have dedicated elevators for VIP suites
Comfortable bed, close to Al-Haram
Room service menu had limited choices, mediocre quality of food, bad plumbing and A/C
1. Hotel location 2. smart light sensor
1. We have requested the person on duty at the time we checked in to do late check out (After Ashar prayer) and they granted us so we prepare ourself to check out after ashar prayer but at 14:00, their officer on duty ask us to leave the room and He doesn't care with their officer who give us the permission, He instructed us arrogantly either to leave at that time or pay 500 sar while my wife is taking a shower. So we left the room on rush. 2. The restaurant is full of smoke because no good ventilation for the chef to cook the omelet. 3. The food combination is not to the level of good hotel. 4. When we went out from the basement hotel parking, the traffic was high and the hotel guard is not helping us to go out from the hotel parking, so there was a little accident, our car scratch another car and the owner very angry and mentioned unnecessary words and He hit my car couple of times and left damage on the body of the car.
The location very good .. Its near alharam .. And the suite was really nice ..
Theres no enough employee to cover the whole hotel .. I stay three days and no one came to clean the room .. The service of the hotel was poor ..
Location & position Internet
Food quality & cleanliness V poor lounge Left waiting time Room service takes too long time
Lack of hot water. very poor breakfast facilities
There are so many people waiting for elevator some times i waited more than 20 minutes
To be honest I wasn't too sure before I arrived the hotel. I never heard of the hotel before. When we arrived, we saw the hotel to be clean, well-organized, and includes almost everything you would expect from a decent hotel. It's been a year since it was renovated. The big plus of staying in this hotel is that it's close to the female prayer section of the holy place.
Location, clean facilities and food.
Attitude of front desk staff and not accepting Amex card for payment.
clean and near haram
parking is too small. They have to respect and to be clear with their guest...they tell that there is no parking wail ther was some empty slots.
Few steps away from haram
Pathetic services and very poor response from staff. No one picks up phone at room service or housekeeping. Wifi rarely connects and keeps disconnecting after 3-4 minutes. Hardly worth 5 star rating. Please avoid this hotel; there are some excellent ones right next to it.
New and clean
Parking and non profisional staff
I had an issue in my room, Where the lights and TV were turning on at midnight by it self, unfortunately no one was answering the phones and I had to stay awake all night. In additional I requested for late check outs and they confirmed it.. Then surprising me by sending the staff to ask me to leave the room at 1:00pm !!! No manager .. No duty manager, only staff dealing with the guest issues !!!!!!!
We had some difficulties while checking because of busy hajj time. But later on Mr.Ahmad AlMaliki and Hamid Hazami served us very well and made our trip fruitfull. Overall nice trip.
near haram free car parking on site
check in was delayed us , the told us that we are waiting for booking.com information ??

location , room
location is very good as it was very near to Haram
Room size was small not according to specification on Booking. com page. They charged SA 15.00 per day for Internet.it wasn't free as stated on bookings page
The hotel is very near to the haram. The building is new and clean. The elevators are fast. The rooms are comfortable.
The front desk staff was ok, but the booking staff who deals with online bookings was not the most helpful. I had to wait more than two hours to get my booking sorted out which I made at booking.com :( The booking staff person (Ahsan) was extremely inefficient and arrogant. He lied to me back and forth to cover up his laziness. At one hand he said that he didn't receive the booking, and on the other hand he was saying that he needs some time to send a fax to the front desk about my booking. He was rude and argumentative. His arrogance and sloppiness took me more than two hours with my family to wait in the lobby. Finally a duty manager noticed that I was there for few hours, and he helped me out. All in all, the booking guy (Ahsan) was trying to create problems. He was acting as though he was there to give favors. It didn't feel like as I was in a five star hotel. The light switches are a little weird.
