The enter of the lobby & the lobby it self was beautiful,the room was clean . They change my room from Superior Room to Deluxe Room because i request a non smoking room but they give my a smoking room & request to change the room they offer my the Deluxe Room . The price is too expensive for the room ,the Furniture is old , no iron in the room , no small kit like another hotel less than Al Faisaliah provided .

Ultimate luxury, great hospitality, excellent food, great location (Inside the Fasiliah mall) Reception + lobby area is not as luxurious as one hoped, Staff are not very well trained, but show good effort.

Location Atmosphere Butler service Room facilities Concierge service I stayed at alfaisaliah more than 10 times But this time was the worse one 1- no welcoming service and I used to do the chick in at my room, no welcome drink , no one show me my room Even the bellman left me alone to look for my room 2- no body came to arrange the room at night and this is not their usual 3- I asked for iron for 2 days and it wasn't available !!!! 4- the food service dropped regarding the taste , I think they changed their cheif 5- I stayed 2 days and I didn't see the butler , and he didn't call at all In conclusion this is the first time for me to feel that am staying in 4 stars hotel Not at all alfaisaliah And I think I will change my accommodation next time Because I missed their professionalism
