Simple nice clean hotel. had a good stay overnight between flights. good comfortable beds and room. Lighting could have been better.

The staff at reception are fantastic specially ahmed bani saleem great guy smile , courticy,friendly and polite , the food is great excellent.clean .good aminities in bathroom I stayed one night instead of three with no charges what so ever

Only a couple of points the street noises and the a/c loud fan noise needs maintenance and the staff took notes the streets has no pedestrian crossing very dangerous be carefull if you have to go from one side to the other I had to take ataxi to go four km to be on the other side of the hotel .

The staff went out of their way to be helpful from the manager to the Porter... I wish some big chains would take lessons from them...

Jeddah is confusing.... Due to construction, it made it hard to reach...

The Saudi receptionist is very kind and cooperative unfortunately I did not ask his name, he was there Friday evening and also Saturday evening . The room service was fast and good

1. The mattress was as hard as wood. 2. Hot water supply in bath tub starts late & can't be adjusted easily, it needs attention. 3. The reception staff shouldn't ask/remind for payment every time guest is coming in or going out of hotel specially if the booking is made through credit card, instead it should be settled at the time of check out like other standard hotels

Internet connection is very slow.

Rooms are not sound proof. Could not sleep due to sounds of cars running on the road. Do not opt rooms facing the street. You will have to wait for the receptionist for long. They will be wandering here and there/

Very helpful and accommodating staff, especially the manager, mr. Alex. The room we were booked in was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

the elevator is so small And inadequate for the entire building. it takes too much waiting time for the elevator.

Friendly staff, rich breakfast buffet, fast room service and tasty food, and fast laundry servic.

Verry slow in chick-in and chick-out.

the staff were fairly helpful

the gym was nothing like in the pictures. equipment either missing or broken. no free weights at all. annoying as this was the main reason i booked it - they should not advertise having a gym when it is in such poor condition. the carpet in the room had a rather odd smell, and the shower was very weak. Also the rooms facing the main road are very noisy because of the traffic. other that it was ok.

Junior Suite included a kitchen, and that helped me in buying some stuff from the supermarket and getting breakfast every morning in the room

1. Reception Staff are unfriendly (do not smile, unwelcoming), and not helpful 2. Room was not cleaned when I did not put the tag on the door requesting that room gets cleaned. no one alerted me that I have to put the tag, otherwise room won't be cleaned! When I then asked the reception for fresh towel, my request was simply ignored!! 3. There was no hot water in the bathroom. had to take cold showers, and shave with cold water! 4. Room is a bit run down, and requires renovation 5. Elevator was not working twice during my stay, and had to go down six floors on foot! 6. Air Cond. units are very old and noisy. Had to put them off at night, to be able to sleep! 7. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would never stay there again!

It is old property, staff doesn't speak English and breakfast is not value for money, interest is slow, toilet flow it floods, I will never stay back in same hotel so bad experience.
