Quite near to Masjidil Haram Cleanliness is very poor especially the blanket have very bad smell the air condition is not so cool. Tap water is small and the shower curtain have no purpose. Area for shower is very small

قريب جدا من بيت الله الحرام و نظافته جيده لم تكن مساحة الغرفه لأربعة اشخاص كما ذكروا في صفحتهم..هم قالوا 32 متر مربع و هذا غير صحيح.. و هذا كذب..ايضا ذكروا ان هناك خدمات غسيل و كي الملابس و هذا غير صحيح..ذكروا ان الغرفه يوجد بها جهاز صنع الشاي و جهاز صنع القهوه و هذا غير صحيح

القرب من الحرم سوء ادارة الفندق واستغلال المعتمر ماديا برفع السعر فوق اللازم عند تغيير الغرف. ازعاج العاملين بطرق الباب كل حين بدعوى اخذ القمامة!!!!. رائحة التدخين عدم وجود عوازل للصوت بين الغرف. عدم وجود لوازم الحمام

Only convenient is its location. Room should be more equipped with daily basic items as people come to Mecca for Umrah & Hajj
