Outstanding service--the staff are very courteous, cordial and professional. The hotel restaurant has excellent food (no need to go out to eat) and excellent management. The front desk managers and the bellmen were very helpful, at all times.

Old fashioned but well maintained and friendly hotel, with a good ambiance. Hours to use the swimming pool are too limited (8am to 4pm). It would have been nice to be able to use it after work, ie. From 6 to 8 pm.

The only reason I selected Al-Mutalq is for its location! Only! 1- There has been some renovation in some of the hotel rooms which cuase lots of disturbance to the guests! It has been since long time as I have been there several times over the past two years and has not finished so far!! 2- They have marrige parties lounge which they rent during the working days and unfortuantely that causes lots of annoyance due to drums and music up to midnight!!!! 3- The power outlets in the room is not enough nor located in the convenient locations. 4- Food (especially breakfast is too expensive for the type and quality of the offered food!!

有个游泳池可以游泳 餐厅挺大，但是做的不好吃，相比其他餐厅价格高，贵，第一次入住给的房间很不好，不能打开窗户，窗户外面全- 是空调，要求换了房间才好了点，但是晚上还是有噪音，休息不好
