the rooms are clean and neat

the location is in Pepsi street, which is not facing the see front. but it's near to almost everything

No "Tea / Coffee" maker were its becoming standard in hotels. The place needs renovation. No trolley to carry luggage so you have to wait for two or three to help.

The cost is very good if you compare it with the location and quality. It's located in a famous street in AlKhobar "Pepsi street" where you can find everything you need in no time. The hotel has 2 places where you can have a meal, and you can have a meal from Dominos Pizza which is in 2 minutes walking distance from it. They have their own parking area which is good. I'll choose to stay here the next time I visit AlKhobar

- The extra blanket is better to be a duvet with a white cotten cover better than wool ones. By this the customers will feel more comfortable especially for those who have chest problems

English TV programmes very limited, car parking a bit tight

Excellent Staff and Excellent Room stander compared to the money value. You will never find a deal like this.I always Reserve to this hotel compared with my limited budget, and frequent visit of Al-Khobar.

I like every thing, but two thing if they take care about it it will be fantastic. the first thing is the smell of the smoke in the coffee shop and entrance at night. the second thing if they remove the scratches in the elevator.

I request Nimran Management to provide a good Buffet brakfast which is required for business travellers. You can increse the room rent with this facility. Exixting breakfast is so poor. Business people won't like this hotel due to the lack of these facilities.

This hotel is not good and the service is very bad just expensive with bad service the best thing to get at another place that has good service and good staff

Value for money and cleanses of room never the less the hotel has a free car parking in a very crowded area.

Checking in took longer than what it suppose, the room doesn't have a tea / coffee maker (this is becoming standard all over the globe) baggage carrying was slow.

Excellent localization, on Al-khobar downtown, provides a fast displacement to everywhere you need to go.

جميع طاقم الإستقبال كانوا على درجة عالية من الإحترام نظافة الفندق الموقع يعتبر جيدا مساحة الحمام ( دورة المياة ) جيدة الخصوصية

المسبح يحتاج إلى صيانة فهو صغير جدا و لا يوجد إهتمام به قلة القنوات المتاحة فى التليفاز

خدمات النظافه غير متوفر نهائي

الفندق مميز نوعاً ما ويتميز بتعدد الخيارات من ناحية الغرف

يؤخذ عليهم فضولية عمال النظافة والعمال جميعهم وهذا مزعج لسكان الفندق وبطئ تلبية الطلب.

ﻻيوجد هناك قنوات اسلامية وكأننا غير مسلمين نعيش فى دوله غير مسلمه نرجو وضع قنوات اسﻻميه عربيه وغير عربيه ولكم اجر كل من شاهدها

حسن المعاملة والخدمات

لقد حجزت عن طريق بوكينج غرفة ستاندر والمفروض يرفعوها لغرفية تنفذية من الغرف المجددة ولقد طالبت بذلك ولكن موظف الاستقبال" محمد-سعودي" قال لا يوجد وانت حاجز غرفة قديمة ونمت بها ليلة واحدة وطلبت تغيرها لوجود حشرات بها وتقريص وغيرها لى موظف الاستقبال المصري.

الموظفين على قدر عال من الخلق ومتعاونيين ويحتاجوا للتقيد بيونيفورم لائق

مستوى النظافة بشكل مقبول والاضاءة للغرف غير كافية وهي عبارة عن ابجورات

الاستقبال كان سيئ والتاخير في تسجيل الدخول والموظف الذي من الجنسية المصرية
