Fully equipped two-bedroom apt: electric kettle, microwave, stove, utensils, washer and dryer, two tvs, nice bathrooms, one towel provided, just in case. Comfortable lounge. Soap and shampoo provided. It was near perfect for my family. 10 min walk to rashid mall, but you need to ask. Ample parking. Late check out time. Swimming ok at Half moon bay, with picnic facilities provided. So bring extra clothings and towel. Price as it was school holiday (sr600), receptionist speaks not a word of English (not a problem for majority arab-speaking visitors), limited tv channels, no hangers in closets.

We stayed in a 2bedroom apt. It was perfect. They had microwave, food warmer, electric kettle, fridge, utensils, clothes washer and dryer, tvs in lounge and master bedroom. there was soap and shampoo in bathrooms. one towel provided, i think just in case you didn't bring any. also daily newspaper (arabic) . Ample parking. Rashid Mall less than 10 minutes walking, but you need to ask someone. I would stay here again, but will come during non-peak periods. I paid maximum price (sr600) as it was school holidays. The receptionist does not speak one word of English. Limited TV channels. Only one towel provided for 4 people.

The place was new with all the facilities shinning. Had difficulty locating the place. There was no telephone numbers of the hotel anywhere. Not even in my book in confirmation.
