Al Reyadah Hotel Azizia  

This hotel is perfect for one going for umrah during peak periods, like last 10 days of Ramadan, and requires a room for a few nights. The price is very good, Taxis to the haram are easily available(around SR20-30-40), no major traffic going-returning from haram(around 10-15min), many restaurants & supermarkets nearby.

The hotel is simple and basic, nothing fancy and smart, serves the purpose.

Nothing !! the front office staff are friendly but the upkeep of the rooms is very poor. My bed sheet was never changed during the 4 days I stayed there. Bath room had no towels , toilet roll or air freshner. TV never worked dispite several requests to change the remote ..I never got it to work. Staff has v poor communication problem.. Vicinity not accessible to the haram.. Will never recommend htl to anyone

Location in the city was close to resturants and shops. Easy to find taxis. Price is reasonable.

Furniture wasnt clean. Ac was so noisy. Very far from Masjid Haram. No tissues or room service. No Wifi. Not even a telephone in the rooms. Keep your reciept, they might ask you to pay again!! It happened with me!!

Location is quite appropriate for approaching harram for prayers. Private transport is easily available from this location.

The staff behaviour is extremely unpolite. Staff need excessive training about Hotel Management.

Bathroom is very small hardly can occupy one person No any facilities as they wrote on the Internet no restaurant no mini bar even no hot water to make cup of tea The worst thing that they don't have transportation to haram since you are in mekka you want to go to pray in haram you have to suffer the transportation since they don't have inspire that they wrote that they did have All in all my experience there was bad

When i booked i was booking a hotel, not a furnished appartment. The room was very dirty and very unfriendly, thats why we left and did not stay for the second night.

- مناسب جدا لأداء العمرة خصوصا في أوقات المواسم. - قريب من الشارع العام بحيث يمكنك الحصول على التاكسي بسرعه. - قريب من المطاعم المميزة (البيك, ريدان ...)

- لا يوجد قفل لباب الحمام,

رغم البساطة الا انه نظيف بصورة مقبولة

1- الشراشف و اغطية المخدات وسخة لذا عليك جلب هذه الاشياء معك 2- لا تنس احضار مستلزمات الحمام من صابون و فوط و غيرها لانها غير متوفرة 3- الفندق لا يصلح لمن يرغب في الراحة و لكنه يصلح لمن يريد العمرة في رمضان لكون الفنادق قرب الحرم اسعارها غالية جدا و لكونه في منطقة العزيزية حيث تتوفر الموماصلات من و الى الحرم بكثرة كما تتوفر بجانبه المطاعم الكثير خصوصا مطعم "ألبيك" الذي تنتظر فيه الناس في طوابير للحصول على سندويتش أو وجبة دجاج !

التكييف بارد المصعد جيد يوجد بقربه مسجد

وجود الصراصير والذباب عدم وجود كمبيوتر وطابعة في الإستقبال عدم نظافة البهو ومدخل الفندق حيث يحتاج الي تشطيف و تلطيف الجو بالبخور او غيره لا توجد طاولة لكي الملابس في الفندق

الفندق كنت خايف منه من ردود الناس اللي قبل لكن حصلته ممتاز ونظيف وفيه اهتمام

مشكلته شوي بعيد عن الحرم لكن فيه باصات توديك الحرم وترجعك على مدار الساعه واذا تبي تاكسي قيمته في الزحمة حوالي 20 ريال ذهاب اما العوده فحسب خروجك من الحرم

الفندق سيء جدا ولا يصلح ان يكون فندقا من الاساس

كل ما هو موجود بالفندق سيء , السرير صغير جدا , الحمام سيء

Its a good place to stay if someone want to do Umra at Haram.

Tv was not working.

Price is good at the peak time when there is no hotels in mecca. This one was availble. Room is big enough. It was fine. Value for money. Staff helpful did the purpous

No phone in the room. Furniture is old. Pillows r old. Bath needs pluming work. No shutle service to haram which is a must and game changer in the season since taxies r expensive. But again this is the cheapest price I got in last 10 days in ramadan through booking.com when all hotels in mecca r sold out. So Value for money during the season. Out side the season the price must be half or its considered over priced I noticed that walk in customers could get a better price if a room is available which is against booking.com moto "you got the best price" any ways the hotel was fully booked, but after a few days some rooms where available and I was not very happy that I didn't get a better price through booking.com over walk ins. Mangement should pay attention to this
