The location of the resort.

The chalet the we were given was close to the jet-ski centre. We were looking for peace and quite and did not get that.

Excellent location with villas facing the Half Moon bay. Nice place for relaxation.

Nothing much to do during the weekdays as it seems most of the activities are for weekends and holidays. Resort is far away from any good restaurants or shopping areas. The buildings and room furniture are not up to five-star standards.

Brilliant deal I got and was superb value for money! Staff were obliging and the location was great!

Lack of activities and less choice of food...Could be more modern in terms of furnishings...

Unprofessional staff i spent around 1 hr just to Check-in same was for Check-out. not clean level like 1 star hotels

the reciption was so poor. they do not respect thier customers.

first the service sucks, my villa telephone was not working and they didnt fix it, no activities at all dont believe the Ads,no shopping, no Spa for ladies and my wife hates the swimming pool, no life guards for the kids swimming pool, restaurant is having only half food menu ( but the food is good), i give it 5 of 10.

The privacy

During our stayed, the hotel phone is not working.So it was difficult to request for an extra services.

They should do something with there housekeeping staff ! called them many times but no response !

Villas layout arround the beach.

Very poor service. Not answering telephone at all. And the telephone extension of the housing keeping / Maintenance and reception are busy most of the time. Poor housekeeping, ants all over the place (Inside/Outside). Poor maintenance of kid playground and villas. Lacks of bay watcher. No safety requirement such as first aid kit or clinic. The beach soil has blackish in color, may be due to the drainage system. Electric outlet is an American Standard where most recent KSA appliance is British Standard. The light is white in color, not very relaxing. Jet Ski are all over the beach, in fact I’ve run by one of them and hit my head and shoulder. You can’t enjoy the swimming. Not recommended for straight family or newly married people. No control over the segregation between male and female beach. Ie. Women allowed swimming at male side. No respect for the neighbor. You cannot dial outside. No children beds (baby cot). Very low class furniture and noisy beds.

excellent location -direct access to the beach for each chalet perfect for jet ski, swimming, speed boats...very good equipment large and spacious rooms

sofas/couches in rooms need to be cleaned! -as looking dirty and makes the sofas uncomfortable -despite that the set is of exquisite quality and design. water in bathroom has very weak pressure making shower /bath problematic

The privacy and the beach direct view

The club was not proper organized and there was unsafe act around the pool from kids without interference from the guardsmen.

In muslims city we shouldn't see the bikinis at the commen swimming pool Our shaleh is far away for children to walk

I made the Internet booking using American Express but I found it is not accepted to pay with it at the reception disk.

I like this resort because it has uniqueness such as separate villas, Sea view and good location

The house keeping was not good. I've to call them to come and clean my villa. I think the hotel staff look at you low because we book through a budget web site. Which should not happen as the prices are normal. Even if we've had walked in we would have got the same price.

Good location and good activities for the kids

Old buildings.. Salvaged furniture bad room service bad toilets weak water pressure... No enough parking lots.. Its not a five star resort.. Its only 3 stars

jet ski Sphere is too close to the beach making swimming is not comfortable in the beach , swimming pool water is full of clour need to make new entrance for the owners

Spacy and private

Very expensive. I thought it maches Golden Tulip of being 5 stars. It is no more than 2-3 stars.

نظافه الشاطى والنادي الصحي

الخدمه مرره سيئه وكل طلب احتاجه لا ينفذ الا بتكرارالاتصال لايوجد مطاعم جيده

حمام سباحة المختلط كان نظيف وجميل موظفين الاستقبال الخارجي فقط كانوا متعاونين

الطاقم غير متعاون الخدمه ضعيفه جدا التنظيف سيء جدا جدا حتى امام باب الشاليه ليست نظيف في بداية وصولنا كان في البانبو بالحمام ( بريعصي ) وتم الاتصال اكثر من خمس مرات حتى اتوا لتنظيفه الحمامات قديمة وتنظيفها غير جيد سيفون الحمام عطلان

انقفل باب غرقة التوم وجلسنا اككثر من ساعتين بدون ان نخدم

إقفال بركة السباحة النسائية قبل صلاة المغرب في حين مقرر لها الاقفال الساعة 9:30 مساء وقد تكرر هذا وبدون إخبار النزلاء مسبقا.
