Very Close to the Holy Mosque of the Prophet (pbuh). Nice spacious rooms. Lots of nice things to eat, esp their Breakfast buffet !! a lot of shops in the hotel mall.

The staff at the front desk are rude, and to start with - unfriendly. They first refused my booking from Booking.com and told me that there is no booking - even after I showed them the print out of the same. After making me and my family (tired from the 6 hour journey from Mecca) wait for an hour, they agreed that there was a booking, then gave me a hard time again asking me for my credit card twice. I insisted that I made the booking through booking.com, hence they need to charge me through that booking, but they insisted to charge me separately on my credit card, and not through the booking. The attitude was rude and demeaning as if we did not deserve to stay at their hotel. Since we were on our religious Umrah trip, we avoided escalating the matter to the higher level management at the hotel, but the behaviour of the front desk and the manager on duty (both) was to somehow not give us a room and make us leave. Strange experience, but being an Indian on a pilgirmage one does come across some arrogant Arabs. As wrong as it is, we let it go, but not expected in the 5 star Movenpick Hotel where you pay sr950 ($250) per night and be treated like that !

I was requesting late check out, but the pass card expires automatically at 12:00 pm and let me and my family out of the room. I had to go to the reception to get this fixed.

The location was great being just a few steps from the Majid Al Nabawi. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Staff were awful. Reception refused to check us in early and initially told us we had to wait to 5 pm to check in. A few hours later the manager arrived and instructed them to check us in and magically a room became available. It was not the room I had initially booked though. It was a quadruple room with very little space. We were so exhausted from the flight I just took it. Concierge charged us to book a car. Will not be staying here again.

the check in process and from desk staff I felt were generally non receptive. The fact that some of them do not speak english makes it even worse. I also did not get the room I paid for.

Food was excellent. Bed was comfy and the location was excellent.

I thought the building and rooms were a little bit dated. The reception could have been a little bit more helpful. After booking a king sized bed, the receptionist told me rather aggressively, "We don't have any." After being shown to a disabled room, we did get a nice comfy room.

The hotel is close to Prophet Masjid. Breakfast is good, suggest allot go for it.

Check out time is too early. Long waiting time at the reception while check in. Not friendly

Very very easy access to Masjid-e-Nabawi, if you like to have dinner or lunch outside the hotel very close to the hotel behind Dar Al Taqwa you can find the pakistani restauratns, very nice food with very good price

The room was clean. The hotel is well kept and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety good.wifi works very well , check in fast and efficient. Lovely stay!

Housekeeping did not replace the coffees regularly. Windows were dirty and view obscured.

Room service makes your stay very unpleasant. Since restaurants are unavailable close by just a few fast food few buildings away, room service would just never pick the phone, guest services & duty manager are helpless. Least thing is to guide the guests with restaurants telephone numbers.
