Yanbu Arac Resort  

Honestly, nothing

Even though The location is on the seaside, it's still a creepy place. There were only a few residents staying this resort. It was like a hunted resort !! The BATHROOM was so dirty, dead cockroaches on the floor, bugs all over the towel,, I only stayed inside the room for literally few minutes then went back to the reception and checked out.. Worst hotel/resort/ whatever in Yanbu.. If you want something clean, don't stay here

It was a gated community, beautiful beach and water. Although we do not have children there were many activities for them.

We are of non-islamic tradition and not use to being at a beach where women are not allowed to enter the water with a bathing suit. The women had to wear the full abyia and even in the resort we got many stares and angry reception from the guests. This is a great place for families with children and of the islamic faith. We can not enjoy this type of restrictions while a resort. BUT we were on a business so it was not an issue for us.

the location is nice, nice concept, beautiful set up, very helpful reception staff.

poor housekeeping, when I checked in I found a dirty room that smells bad. restaurant is expensive 120 SR PER person with no choice in the area, we drove outside to eat.

I loved the facilities , ladies swimming pool was great , playground , internet , cleanliness. I didn't need to go to another beach outside the resort.

I was not impressed by the reception staff, they had no idea what so ever about my booking and the pricing and offers. Check out at one pm is too early, two would have excellent. Funny enough I checked out at one pm and on my way home at three pm a receptionist calls me to ask me to check out!!!!!!!.

Only the staff is friendly, everything else is miserable.

Basically there is no beach. What hotel calls a beach is an area of sea next to hotel which is full of stones, weeds and a little bit of sand (under water only). There is no sandy surface area since the "beach starts right after the cemented boundary wall. It was a miserable experience to go inside this so called bech. The AC in the room was leaking with drops of water all over the dressing table. Tolets were a disaster. I dont reccomend anyone to go there.

The price was too high compared to the level of services offered as well as the quality of the service. For example, I recall that my reservation was changed due to mistake between booking.com and the resort management regarding the type of unit. At the end I got what I wanted but not clean as the other family just left the place. Also, during my dinner at the resturant I finished my main course then after complaining I got my drink with my deserts like 30 min late. So as I said I would accept this inconvenient service for a lower price

لقد اتيت الى الفندق ولم يبدأوا تنظيف غرفتي حتى وصلت الى الاستقبال على الرغم من انني اخبرتهم انني قادم قبل ساعه من قدومي و من وقتي بعد ذلك وجدت المكيف لغرفة الجلوس قد تعطل واستمروا باصلاحه لمدة ساعتين من وقتي الخاص وبعد اصرار مني قاموا بتبديل الغرفة لي ووجدت نفس المشكلة بالمكيف ولكن قاموا باصلاحة في غضون نصف ساعة

الشاليه غير نظيف تمام الاثاث قديم جدا ويحتاج الى تغيير

النظافة سيئة و المبلغ مقابل الخدمات مرتفعة

المكان جميل وتم التجديد وكان جدا رائع

تداخل الاصوات كان مزعج جدا والسعر جدا غالي ومبالغ فيه والخصوصية جدا سيئه

اعجبني الهدوء ونظافة الغرف والممرات والشاطئ وكذلك اعجبني النادي الصحي من حيث نظافته وعمل ملحقاته وعائلتي مسرورين من النادي الصحي النسائي حيث نظافته ووجود مراقبه ومدربه لذا فإني انصح مشتركي بوكينق بالمنتجع

لم تعجبني المكيفات قديمه ولا تبرد كما ينبغي وكذلك اسعار استئجار المراكب البحريه مثل الاسعار خارج المنتجع والأولى أن يكون لرواد المنتجع اسعار افضل ايضا انصح ادارة النتجع بأن تحارب جرذان الشاطئ فهي مفجعة لاطفالنا

الشاطئ الخاص لعدم جاهزيته وسوء نضافته وتنسيقه الرجاء الاهتمام بالشاطى ولا توجد اي خصوصيه فيه
