كبر حجم الغرف نوعاً ما، النظافة ، وجود مطعم ، الهدوء ، الموقع. قدومنا كان وقت اجازه وكانت الاسعار مبالغ فيها جداً ( كانت ضعف المبلغ في الايام العادية) ولولا امتلاء الشقق لما حجزت فيها، تأخر الخدمه عند نقص الاشياء وخاصة اغراض المطبخ واصلاح الحمام اكرمكم الله، البقاله بعيده.

الراحة والهدوء ووجود مواقف كافيه رغم الموسم ، المكان فسيح والوصول له سهل وميسر تمنيت لو صُبغت الجدران بلون أفضل واستخدم مفارش للسرر بلون أبيض الحمام جيد لكن يحتاج بعض التحسينات لو رجعت للخبر ستكون أحدى الخيارات لكن ليس أولها بالتأكيد

سعره مناسب جدا والفندق مستواه مقارب لسعره لاتدفع 200 لغرفة وصالة وتقول ابي خدمة خمس نجوم عندهم مطعم في الفندق وكذالك الثلاجة فيها عصيرات وماء وتحاسب اول ما تخلص وقت المغادرة المكيف بارد جدا اذا جيت الشرقية مرة اخرى يمقن احجز فيه النظافة جيدة وكذلك الحمام أجلكم الله أنصح به لمحدودي الميزانيات ( مثلي ) ما يسحبون بالماستر كرد لان فيه عطل ( وهذا لخبطني شوي) المكيف مزعج سعر البيبسي في الثلاجة 3 ريال والباقي اسعاره مبالغ فيها المطعم برضو اسعارة عالية ولكن مو كثير ( ما جربت مطعمهم ) تعطلت المصابيح ( اللمبات ) في الطالة قبل المغادرة بيوم ولا صلحوها على الرغم من اتصالي وطلب اصلاحها الدش يقهر

الهدوء و الموقع القريب من الكورنيش والنظافة إضافة إلى مواقف خاصة للسيارات لا يوجد ولا ملعقة في المطبخ وجميع المكيفات بالصالة والغرف لا تعمل إلا على البارد وفي اوقات الشتاء الشقة بارده ولا يوجد بطانيات ولا دفايات إلا واحده كهرباء عند الطلب يتم ارسالها لك ولا تستطيع توصيلها إلا بمكان واحد لان الافياش لا يوجد ثنائي الا بمكان واحد أيضا لا يوجد غسالة ملابس بالشقة ودورة المياة واحده والمغسلة بداخلها وهذا غير مناسب لشقه من غرفتي نوم

هدوء ونظافة ومواقف جميلة قريبة ومظللة سهولة في حمل الأمتعة قريب من الكورنيش بعيد عن الزحام الثلاجة معبئة ببعض المشروبات والمأكولات التي ليس لها حاجة.

I've checked-in to Arwad suites twice with a family couple, and I can say we had a smooth & nice stay there. We had experience, freedom and enjoyed the get- away feeling of being choke by the rules in Saudi Arabia, at least :) I will always choose Arwad if ever we had journey to Al Khobar, because we are already used to it by now. So far, none :)

Great value, helpful staff, decent food. Nice location - Just about got a sea view from our room on 2nd floor. Kitchen was decent, with freezer as well as fridge. A bit small compared to most apartments, and there was no dining table & chairs to sit at. Shower wasn't hot, and water pointed directly at the opposite wall so not very pleasant.
