Position, calmness, and staff. When I booked my reservation it was written 2 Double beds but they gave me 2 single beds.

Great view best for women traveling alone because of the connection to the Mall clean, sound proof , quiet new Staff no experience, breakfast needs to be improved I went to the coffee at floor 30 I wait for 15 min before any of the staff shows up evening time I went also they asked me to look for a table my self because it is crowded !!!!

Maintenance is very poor,loosen mixers of laboratory and bath tube and shower,no good floor drain,I.e the floor becomes wet after shower ,I noticed this in all rooms when I stay in this hotel.

Great location, good views from all the rooms, fun revolving restaurant. Breakfast is huge and good. Friendly staff, if a little bit laid back. Stayed a few times and the bathroom fittings are dodgy. broken toilet seat this time. broken shower head last time. Management by local company sometimes needs a little patience, generally not up to the expected standards of a five star hotel yet.

I stayed for 5 days thay clean my room only once Room service is poor I ordered break fast was cooled and it not as shown in room service Mainue ,no suger with tea I requested suger at 12:00noon I left the room 4 hours later and still no suger. I think the hotel understaff ,the mony I paid is to much for the hotel

I like that the hotel is 30 floors tower which five a nice chance to capture great photos, also the restaurant at the 29th floor with the round moving floor is awesome, the hotel location is perfect at the heart of the city with the attached big mall. I dislike the houskeeping, and the extremly slow response from the stuff. The gym is fair and doesn't meet the minimum for even 4 stars hotel and it's very small as well; while the swimming pool is perfect.

النظافة جيدة والغرفة ممتازة ف الفرش والتسيق وعامل الحقائب خدوم أكثر من الذين ف الاستقبال عدم توفر خدمات ركن السيارة لاتوجد خدمات الضيافة ف الغرفة(أدوات صنع القهوة ومستلزماتها) خدمات الإنترنت لاتوجد شبكة داخل الغرفة الدور العشرون مواقف السيارات مشتركة مع المول ولا توجد للفندق مواقف خاصة للنزلاء

موقع المبنى وربطه بالمركز التجاري والغرف واسعه وجميلة الخدمة غير مرضية إطلاقاً من حيث خدمة الغرف والاستقبال والمطعم كهذا موقع ومنظر للاسف ضعيف جداً وأنصح بشكل عاجل بتغيير إدارة تشغيل الفندق لشركة عالمية وذات مستوى راقي ؛؛
