Many rudimentary things are missed: no place to park next the hotel, I took my luggage myself to the room, electricity problem when arrived, no table in the very narrowed room with 2 beds, the air condition didn't work sometimes the last 3 days the temperature in the room exceeds 24. the staff for repairing the air conditioning were impolite, the wifi were very weak, it is often impossible to connect.

cleanliness of bath room room service is poor
Clean and spacious rooms
Staff deliberately refused to give password for the Wi-Fi internet. They had two Wi-fi connections and purposely gave the one doesn't work and many people spend hours trying to get connect.
nearest to the al haram al madina and beautifull view of janat ul baqe from window of room MashAllah
Just distance from the Haram and staff not bad. I had no problem with language but staff will do their best.
There is what is called internet . There is no restaurant in the hotel and I paid fee saying breakfast included , Please can any one from booking make sure these hotels in Saudi Arabia follow the rule and agreement made with booking. I arrived in Madina at7:45pm and I wanted to cash money there was no bank open at the airport . But the taxi man was really nice I paid him usa Dollar This is worst that happened to me: I arrived at the Hotel 8:30pm and I checked in the receptionist told me I have to pay in order to get the key , I said fine. I gave him usa dollar as mentioned in the reservation, He said no no no American money well I said I will go and change it in local currency but hold my luggage he said no. I was tired and asked some who was on the waiting room if he can watch my bags he then told the receptionist you dont respect customers, Then I went to get change it was all closed I have to walk seven miles no place was open. I waited til 10:00 pm. Then I got back and made all cash . So tell me what is this . No credit card is accepted . no restaurant no food , No internet . I stayed in Al Bahja hotel in Oman no one asked me a penny last day I was checking out I gave him my credit card it was honored with no condition similarly in Abu Dhabi. No front payment it was already taken from my card when I made my reservation . Please if we are booking with credit card Ok Why it is not accepted . Booking need to review the rule and satisfy the customers . Booking must talk with these dummy Saudi Hotels.
Hotel room was OK and staff were friendly.
Location and price are very good
The bathroom smell was very ugly
It's very hard to find parking. My booking receipt said that the parking is always available even then I tried to call the guys to reserve the parking for around 100 times but no one picked the call. When I reached at the place I was surprised to know that the parking is not available. I tried with the reception as my wife was sick and I might have to travel to hospital frequently but noting worked. They said that the parking is full but actually it wasn't. It was a bad stay there until I head apologies from the staff for parking problem when I was checking out...
location is very near to the masjed
every thing inside this hotel
The hotel is generally quiet, comfortable, and good sleep. Walking distance from the Prophet's Mosque. Taxi's easily available. Facing the most famous Al Baik, good food options available. Super Market at walking distance.
Unfriendly front desk. Really poor communication skills. English is an Alien language, must know Arabic. Parking is not offered. Had to take a paid parking outside, which was costly. Housekeeping was not up to the mark as well.
near to haram
They are not supportive..i booked room with extra bed nd when i reached they are saying no extra bed..nd they provide a small room.beds are not comfortable...and many problems lot
Location Near to Masjid e Haram.
1. staff not cooperative. 2. No Restaurant facility. We had to go out and bring the food . No tea or snacks available. 3. Staff reluctant to clean the rooms everyday. 4. we had to make a request for cleaning the rooms or for any thing we needed. In fact we had to beg for the things.
Calm and quite location.
+ Close to Haram + Close to Al-baik
Location is good and is near to Haram. Access to hotel is very convenient.
Hotel need to impove the cleanliness.
Well at the time of check in at the main reception only one staff was available and he is the only one who is doing the check out people also check in people so that is why the time given in our conformation letter was between 12:00 to 13:00 but unfortunately we check in around 15:00 so our family has to wait along time in waiting area which is not good sign
1. Cleanliness 2. near to haram and Al Baik restuarant :)
There were no bathroom slippers in bathroom but we didnt ask for them as we have our own.
