Anonymous Group of friends Saudi Arabia 14 December 2012	أعجبني الهدوء والموقع قريب من ماضينا والمطاعم والمغاسل ولادقايق با السيارة الا والراشد مول وقريب من البحر بالسيارة وجيد التهوية وأعجبني سرعة إستجابة الإدارة وحل المشكلة ( حيث حجزت في بوكنك شقة وغرفة في المبنى الجديد ولم توفرلي الا شقة والغرفة في المبنى القديم ويقول موظف الاستقبال هذه مومشكلتنا هذه مشكلتك احنا جبنا الحل وكان التعامل جداً سيء والخطأ منهم لكن بصراحة أتصلت على الادارة وجداً تعامله راقي ووفر شقة أخرى بغرفة نوم بدلاً من غرفة وشاكرة له ذلك حتى أن الإستقبال من الموظف الذي يدوام في النهار تغير وأرتقى في الأيام التالية ) والكهربائي تعامله راقي بس ياريت يكتب على جميع الأفياش كم فولت ويريح نفسه ١- مدة إقامتي كانت 8 أيام ولكن لم أ رى خدمة فندقية وتم تنظيف الغرفة بعد عدة مرات طلب لتنظيفها ، والمطبخ فاضي تريد أي أداة للطبخ تطلبها وربما تجدها أو لاتجدها ، طلبت المكواة والكاسات و. بس بصراحة سريعي الحضور الا في النظافة. ٢-موظفي الإستقبال لا يجيدون التعامل مع الحاسب الألي لدرجة يضرب على الكيبويورد على أنه دخل على البوكنج ثم يقول أه أنتم طلبتم ٣أيام ويناظر للشاشة ويسأل أسئلة تعرف منه إنه ما دخل على البوكنج تبعك ولايعرف.٣- بطاقة دخول الشقة أوالغرف تشحن كل يوم واذا تريدها تشحن على قدر مدتك أطلب من العا مل البنغالي يحسن إستخدام الجهاز Did you find this review helpful?	7.1
