I liked the location. Near to anything. Boudl is a series of nice apartments that are supposed to compete with HolidayInn and Golden Tulip, but this branch is far from being Boudl's standards. Dirty,noisy, old and the furniture is runout and hygienically unacceptable. It is totally unfair to pay the same amount of money as you would pay for other branches such as Al Malaz branch. Imagine staying in a flat with two bathrooms and two towels only!

location was ok - Service is terrible - They cancelled my confirmed booking.com reservation and almost did not get a room - was moved into a suite. the facilities are run down. bathrooms old. - Second day called me 12 midnight to tell me I have to go back into a regular room or they will charge me. - View of the drains and sewers of next door building

تم طلب خدمه تجهيز العرسان من الفرع وسراحه كان تجهيز لايعلى عليه وخاصتا الشموع ونشكر اداره الفندق على الحفاوه والاهتمام وانا سعيد جدا بهذا التعامل الراقي والخدمه كانت ممتازه وسوف اقوم برياره هذا الفرع مرة أخرى وقد حصلت على عضويه بودل من الفرع

الموقع وخاصه الخدمه ومستوى النظافه ممتاز والموظفين متعاونين جدا والافطار المجاني كان بمستوى راقي وأنصح بهذا الفندق ويوجد صاله ألعاب ومسبح وفنادق بودل عامه خدماتها فندقيه وممتازه

اعجبني الموقع وسعة الصالة انا حجزت شقه غرفتين وصاله قياسيه وكانت صوره الصاله كبيره وعندما وصلت طلعت الصاله صغيره مرررررررره مما دفعني لاخذ شقه اكبر ودفع اكثر الشقه يبغالها تجديد بلاط واثاث

الفندق تغير من الافضل الى الاسواء كان فيه خدمات ممتازه ولاكن للاسف صارت الخدمات سيئه النظافه سيئه شيف الافطار قليل ادب واحد مصرى بيعمل مشاكل مع الناس ويبغى ياكل الناس على كيفه انا سكنت فى سويت 312 وللاسف النظافه فى الحمام سيئه جدا كل شى تغير

لا يستحق السعر الموجود في بوكنق واخبروني لوجئت مباشرة من دون بوكنق يكون السعر نصف الموجود اثاث قديم وغرف ضيقة وديكورات موحشة تضيع وقتك عندما تذهب لبودل خريص

الموقع مميز إزعاج. دوره المياه سيئه كل يوم يصلحوم فيها. نظافه الغرف سيئه. المواقف لا تكفي نزلا الفندق ولا يوجد مواقف جانبيه. المصاعد تتاخر بالوصول

organized,safe and friendly enviroment the room was clean and contained all the things that travolar would like to have there no restorant in the hotel ( only small coffee shop) we needed to order food from outside the hotel,, which was bit difficult due to busy trafic in Riyadh
