The room with nice balcone and tv. Good resturent at the hotel They toke total mony more then reservation as Insurance. You must pay the total before your staying. Bad dealing with customers at end of the week.

Friendly and helpfull staff, relaxed location , resturant food is not bad , 24 hours coffee and resturant, mini market is good i found everything i needed , 24h small cars to trasnport u to the beach Internet service return u back to dial up days Smell in our bathroom but not strong

Very well design units, comfort, quite beach, joys for children, good swimming pool and reasonable price at regular days There was no life guard at the beach, and the prices at holiday times are too high.

when i came i found diffrent in prices ( less then what i found it in booking ) and the loube of the hotel so dirty plus the service of customs very bad and the betch badly i superised from this hotel my advice that this hotel take 2 star that is all

Completely worth for a price I paid.Its very neat and clean and comfortable as well.Better than holiday in resort and Dana bay resort.Room service was good as well.The good thing is that they have separate arrangement's for ladies swimming pool,Massage,jacuzzi. I took 1 hour from half moon beach to reach this resort.There is no proper direction given that where the resort actually located. Internet exists only by name.Hardly you will catch signals.When i asked receptionist he said connection is slow here the reason is as there are no cables there as its out of city. Children rides are all broken.They are in worse condition.Management should take action of it.

This resort is a beautiful, neat and comfortable building. It is very suitable for families and youngsters to stay and enjoy their weakend. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Good interior and exterior works. It is a pretty new location and need infrastructure improvements. Espicially to locate this resort need proper identification or route map wich is not available.Let the management take initiative in this regard.

مكان هاديء وترتيبه جيد واستقبالهم جيد وغرفة نظيفة وأثاثها ممتاز الماء الساخن في دورة المياه شبه معدوم وحاولت معهم مرارا لاصلاحه ولا فائدة، وكل يوم أحتاج الذهاب لهم لبرمجة كرت دخول الغرفة وقالو ممكن من الجوال وأثبت لهم أنه ليس من الجوال بوضع الجوال على الكرت لمدة ساعة وفتحت به الباب وفتحه

موظفين الاستقبال في غاية الروعة من حيث الاستقبال والخدمة. الناموس وقت المساء. أقترح عليهم رش المبيدات الحشرية باستمرار.

انا سكنت يوم اثنين و ثلاثاء بصراحة ممتاز جدا لحديثين الزواج. المطعم خطير خاصة دجاج المشوي او الكبسة. اما البوفيه المفتوح ما ادري عنة. وسط الاسبوع افضل من ويكند. افضل مكان قدام المسبح الدور الثاني. البلكونة في الغرف افضل من الجلوس امام الشالية. يعني غرفة احلى من شاليه بس تكون فوق. بصراحة استمتعت فيه. يوجد جاكوزي وبخار وسونا مجاناً. لعشاق القهوة ( قهوة اللوبي مرة خطيرة ). واحب اشكر زوجتي وحبيبتي فدوى الغالية. حجزت يومين في الفندق واخذ مني ١٣٠٠ مع التأمين مع اني احمل فيزا. التكييف بارد او حار ولا يوجد سرعة في مروحة التكييف غرفة ٢٠٦ موقع الترويش بعيد من المسبح. الشاطئ بعيد مواقف السيارات بعيدة شوي وغير مظلله باب السوبرماركت ما يبين. مخشوش.

تصميم المنتجع بشكل طولي يسمح لك بممارسه رياضة المشي الي ان تصل الي الشاطي وتعود وجود بركه للاطفال مع تواجد رجل الانقاد عند البركه وعند الشاطي وجود ملعب عشبي لكره القدم وملعب طائرة الاهتمام بالتشجير ونظافه المكان في الممرات تنوع النشاطات للاطفال الدرجات الهويه وركوب الخيل والدبابات وجود دبابات البحر الجت سكي اكل المطعم سيئه للغايه ولايرتقي بمستوى المكان الكوفي شوب سيى ولا يوجد الا صنف واحد او اثنين من الحلويات ذات الجوده الرديئة وعند تواجدي كانت مكينه القهوه عطلانه اي كوفي شوب هذا طريقه الحجز حيث ان بعد الخصم من بطاقة الائتمان يطلب المنتجع بدفع كاش وهذي المشكله يجب ان تحل حيث انهم يلقون اللوم الي موقع بوكينج وهذي مشكله كبيره جدا يجب على موقع بوكنينج حلها فورا تخيل ان تاتي المنتجع وانت لا تملك المبلغ لانك دفعت بالبطاقه عن طريق بوكينق ماذا سوف يكون موقفك
