Bad smile, old furnture TV not working

i did not like the hotel at all, vary bad smell in all over the rooms.

السعر كان مرتفع قليلاً بأسعار الفنادق المجاورة و حتى الشقق المفروشة المجاورة

staff are helpful and cooperative, location was excellent

in the room smell with seweage thjat cuase of bad connection in the pluming and this happened frecuantly becouse this is second time i am reserving in Boudl with same problem

The internet is not working Some essential TV channels are not working Bath area and toilet accessories are corroded like flush , Windows are not sound proof, you can hear the noise out side Reciption is not helping to solve above issues Parking area is very small ,one way car No lundary inside the room Light is not enough inside the room Trolly services did not come once leaving the room Reciption did not wait for the customer during check out to decide method of payment,instead he deduct the amout of mony from down payment and print out the slip.

I liked the hotel design and ground floor rooms

My room was unclean After 5 days of my stay we lost the water supply from 9 am till 5 pm. I knew that its not there mistake, its from puplic water supply header which is coming from national water company, and it always happend, but they should build a spare water tank for such as this case.

They didnt apply sec (Saudi Electricity Co.) discount which was 15%first they said it is applicable then they said that it is not applicable because you make your reservation from Booking ; and if you want to have it you must do your reservation directly from Boudl Actualy this will reduce the trust on Booking..

Nice neat designs compared to its price. Seemed like a 5 Start hotel not apartments style.

The only thing bad about it was that I couldn't upgrade coz I used booking.com. There was no I can change anything in my booking.. That was really bad coz I wanted my friends to stay with me in a bigger place but couldn'T.

No resturant in the hotel, this is disstresing

كل شي ممتاز وملائم لترفيه العائله لكن الموقع يوجد فيه ازعاج من الشوارع المجاوره

خدمة سيئة لا مناشف ولا تجاوب سريع عند تحميل الأغراض ومستوى الإزعاج عالي. المصعد تعطل ولم يتم إصلاحه إلى أن خرجت ثالث يوم! الماء انقطع لفترة! تجربة سيئة جدا جدا

الموقع المميز للمنتزه وتصميم الغرف والاستقبال الجيد من موظفين الاستقبال

الاثاث قديم لا يعتمدون الحجز بالفيزا يتم حجز مبلغ مقدما للاسف ولايقومون باعتماده عند الخروج !!!

لايوجد ماء دافي للسباحه سواء في البركه او دورات المياه

إقامتي مع عائلتي بشقة غرفتين وصالة ومطبخ حمام بجانب الغرف وحمام داخل غرفة رئيسية شي رائع ونظيف ولكن..

المواقف قليلة والازعاج مستمر من النزلاء السبب عدم وجود شتر نوافذ لتقليل الضوضاء. البانيو في دورة المياه مرتفع النزول منه متعب لكبار السن وهذه نقطه يجب مراعاتها.

لقد استمتعت أنا وعائلتي بالإقامة .مناسب جدا للعوائل، حتى الأطفال استمتعوا . نظيف وطاقم الفندق متعاون لآخر درجة والتصميم جميل والغرف واسعة والخدمة جدا مناسبة . يستحق كل مادفعته .

مواقف السيارات غير كافية لكثرة نزلاء الفندق ( الله يزيد ويبارك).
