Staff was excellent with great and quick responsive attidude. Exit via main gate is a bit poor. As you try to head to Khobar-Dammam highway, the road to take is busy and you'd nees to wait for a few minutes to get going. This is only during rush hours.

I sent a note for the hotel asking for a sunny nice viewed room, I received a room viewing the roof with an aircondition maintenance personal working at the unite most of the time which made us not able to even open our window. Also asked for a baby crib to be ready at the room which we also didn't fined it there.

The Hotel location was perfect for my purpose. However there is huge noise coming from the big a/c fans located closed to some rooms. I changed my room at 02:00 am because I couldn't sleep.

الغرف الجديدة اول ماوصلت للفندق وضعوني في سويت قديم جدا وليس الموجود بالصور وانا طالب قسم غير المدخنيين ووضعوني في قسم المدخنيين وبعد يوم كلمت الاستقبال ونقلوني للغرف الجديدة وعذرهم ان الغرف الجديدة مشغولة علما ان موقعكم حاجز لي قبل ايام من السفر
