A lot of noise from outside, the window is broken, can not be shutted down, I asked for change room, they told me there was no! When I was going to check out, I have to pay cash! Why???

I have been staying there several times in the last month or more and the Gym is always under maintenance, in other words there is no Gym.

I was fooled by the hotel, at the check in they told me that they transferred my booking to another local unrated hotel (The Busuness hotel) and I had to go to the other hotel on my own! It seems that Coral is reporting more available rooms to booking.com adding the available rooms from the other hotel (I got this story from the other hotel). It was an un pleasant experiance, the other hotel lacks the basics to be a business hotel. No iron! They refused to take my laundry at 10:00 pm. Difficult to get taxi. Very slow and poor Internet. No enough light in the toilet, I had to shave in the room! House keeping missed cleaning my room. I will never trust Coral hotels again.

I like this hotel all the staff very frindly and kind the service very good the food very nice and teasty i will go again to this hotel with my family the spa very nice coffe shop at the night time very nice

A good location, close to King Fahed Street and Olia Street. They have an excellent restaurant within the hotel complex, Steky, it’s a steak house, very good.

The wifi connection wasn’t that good. It kept disconnecting in the my room. One incident I didn’t like: I booked a room without breakfast, but when I checked in the guy on the reception told me I have complementary breakfast. When I went to have my breakfast next morning, they said my room didn’t have a breakfast with it, I told them what happened and asked them to check, still they said no. I went to the front office and there answer was “oh yea the guy who checked you in is a new guy, so he made a mistake” and they made me pay for it!

I learned a lesson - Not to explore based on internet.

I got the room with a window overlooking an internal shaft.. could hardly tell if it was day or night outside!! Other rooms overlook the street..
