This luxurious hotel is located in the heart of Riyadh, just a 5-minute walk from The Kingdom Shopping Mall and Faysaliah Mall. It offers a gym, massage services and a jacuzzi. The staff were nice. Check-out was fast. Breakfast was not bad. Location is very good it is in the center of the new downtown close to "altahlia" road where all the good resturants are. I had to wait 20 minutes for check-in since the room was not ready yet. They said that they have WiFi in the room free of charge but the connectivity was very very low almost no signal ( I was in suite 125).The gym is very very small they had a room 101 that was the gym!, There was no pool.

Location. Close to Kingdom tower and Faisaliyah tower. One of the worst ever! 1- No bellboy @ door. 2- Reception slow and unfriendly 3- Room was close to super noisy machines/blowers 4- The electronic door key did not work. Someone had to open the door every time I needed access. 5- WiFi not functioning or at best super-slow 6- Restaurant has basic and boring buffet. 7- Room cleaning comes only after several requests 8- No bedside light switch. Must walk up to entrance hall switch! 9- Bring your own pillows! 10- A/C controls not functioning. 11- Decided to cut short my stay and moved to another hotel!!!

Clean and spaceous rooms. Surrounding shops. Close to city center. Cooperative staff. Car parking. Poor gym. Limited food variety in breakfast buffet. No buffet lunch/dinner. Laundry is done outside

I did not like anything in this hotel. The service was very poor. The staff were rude! Dirty carpets, broken windows, poor service to fix the problem. Would not pay a dollar in this hotel. I regret booking such a hotel!

The location is the best. Free wireless internet. Not a real 4-star quality. You can't pay cash for room service as you must charge it to your room. Parking is tight a bit. The room I got had the worst view is it was facing other rooms from the inside and u would have absolutely no privacy.

فقط أعجبني الموقع الاستقبال لم يكن جيدا ، حيث أنني حجزت عن طريق موقع booking وتفاجأت بالموظف يقول لايوجد اي حجز باسمك ، ايضا تفاجأت بنفس اليوم دخول العامل الخاص الكهربائي بدون استئذان ويقول بأنه يعمل صيانة للإضاءة ! غرفتي كانت بجانب مأذنة مسجد لم استطع أن ارتاح ابداً

موقع الفندق مميز كونة بالقرب من المراكز التجارية و يمكن الوصل إلى معظم بسهولة. بوفية الفطور جيد. مستوى العاملين لا يرتقي إلى الأحترافية في الأستقبال و التعامل. مستوى الديكور لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع الذي يعكس قيمة السكن.
