Coral Hotel Dhahran  

I hated that they use tap water to make coffee. They refill bottles with tap water. I found this thing extremely irresponsible !! Breakfast was really modest and not up to the level .

All was great

the shower area, when you take a shower the water goes all over the bathroom floor !!!! which is annoying and disgusting .. there is something wrong with floor design ..

The design, the cleanliness, the food, the luxury, good price.

The website advertised the hotel as having a unique ladies only gym and spa, only to discover upon arrival that it had been shut down, my wifes main purpose of selecting this hotel was this ladies gym facility. It was a complete waste of time for her, the other things that the coral had to offer just softened the blow. Remove the ladies gym from the coral website, before you get more disappointed women!!!!!, The staff like bellboys and cleaners were very friendly, the reception staff were terrible, didnt care about compensating us while we stayed there for the unkept promise, they said theyd call us to make it up to us, they never did, they didnt seem to care at all about how upset my wife was that there wasnt any gym for her to use. Very poor customer service! I also hated the music, as a muslim we believe music is forbidden and would expect Coral Saudi Arabia to respect that!

Bad maintenance and hygiene. Poor service and very poor breakfast with unqualified team. Will never visit this hotel again

The location was good.

The room is too small. The service is not very good, the reception staff almost dont answer the phones , you have to make your requests more than once in order to get what you want like a blanket or adapter etc. Bell service is too slow. The bathroom doesnt have a plug for shaving machines. Eventhough I booked for two adults, only one bathrob was provided. I asked for another one, but as usual, nothing !!.

The hotel looks pretty good. Rooms are big and spacious, food is good. Lobby is luxury oriented.

Payment methods when throug booking.com was not explained properley.

The carry door was not clean. The room was smooking room while I selected none smooking room. I could not sleep because the sound and noise of water flow through pipe was coming loud from the room ac. The area is not surrounded by any facility. There is one big mall but you have to cross a highway and walk for 500 meters
