Location is good. Breakfast is reasonable. Good internet connection (free). Swimming pool available. Airport transfer available. The driver of the hotel taxi to the airport drives like crazy!

Well staff were polite and the rooms were clean They have to update their men code in every rooms to the new charges than placing a old menu in their rooms and claiming new price and confusing the occupants.

The Hotel is comfort and room was clean, it is nice to stay for business visits only... I requested an iron table and a press, they were very dirt in a way that I can not put my clothes on and when asked to change they said that these are the only available in the whole hotel... Breakfast was poor with little varieties It is listed as 5 stars hotel but I think it is over rated it is fairly 4 stars

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Impressed with their intention to make the guests' stay as comfortable as possible Can't think of anything. Maybe there should be a better food menu - the room service has very limited options.

الراحه. الانترنت المجاني. النظافه. الموظفيين ودودين. بوفيه الافطار جيد لم يستقبلني احد اضطريت الى حمل حقائبي بنفسي الى الغرفه. الموقع في خرائط جوجل غير صحيح مما اضطرني للبحث عنه يدويا

يمتاز فقط بهدوءه وقربه من الوزارات الحكومية لايستحق عدد خمسة نجوم مقارنة بالفنادق في نفس الفئة - والموقع غير صحيح حيث لايقع مباشرةً على شارع الملك عبدالعزيز بل على شارع فرعي - تعامل الاستقبال غير راقي ابدا - ووقت المغادرة سيء وتعامل الاستقبال في هذا الموضوع صعب وغير مريح - التكييف سيء - رايحة الحمام في الغرف سيئة جداً ولاتوجد شفاطات داخل الحمام - القنوات التلفزيونية قليلة وضعيفة والانترنت ضعيف جدا في الغرف

بصراحة الفندق روعة جداً , خصوصاً انه كان قريب من الوزارات ومن قلب الرياض , وأيضاً تعامل موظفين الأستقبال راقي جداً جداً , وأيضاً المطعم مميز جداً وتعامل العاملين فيه راقي جداً ومدير المطعم أيضاً شخص محترم جداً , والفندق أنصح بالأقامة فيه لأصحاب الأعمال أو المراجعين للمستشفيات , لأن موقعه يساعد على التنقل بشكل جيد .. عامل إعداد المشويات هو الشخص السيء وهو الذي عكر علي صفو الأقامة في هذا الفندق , بسبب تعامل الذي لا يقارن بالبقية , بالفعل كان شخص سيء .
