Coral International Hotel Al Khobar  

Exceptional standards of customer service, spotlessly clean rooms and well furnished. The bed in my particular room was the most comfortable I have experienced in many years of travelling.

BBC or Sky news channels not available on the TV.

The hotel's food & room service is great. Loved being there and would be my first choice always.

If i'm a car owner, its difficult to get your car parked, or it would be under the sun's heat. Other than that, the hotel is great

Location of the hotel is excellent, and the service is good, was a pleasant experience and I think I will repeat them.

Parking was not the level of hotel

Location. In the vicinity of Airport and the highway to Jubail. Value for money. Spacy room. Amenities.

I bet there's no place in walking distance to attract visitors' curiosity. It is just on the side of highway but most of rooms are the opposite view which is boring. But much better than noise.

My colleague and I were both upgraded to VIP suites on check-in. All the staff were friendly and courteous, especially Mr. Syed Saif at reception. The request for an iron and ironing board after check-in was responded to immediately. The breakfast was good, with a wade variety on offer.

It is not a hotel seems flats. Very poor is design. Bath rooms are bad. No service. Cat parking is not safe and scary. I don't advice families to stay is such hotel. Good for group of friends.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming, especially Mr. Sayed Saif. Other than that, everything was average.

Internet was not working properly. Chairs were not in good condition. Room did not have a good view.

Poor services. Front desk assigned my room to a guest. He showed up in the room and claimed that it was his!! They took too long to get my laundry done. As a result I was late for an important meeting. Staff are simply untrained and unprofessional.

Staff is friendly and try to do good work.

This Hotel never earn 5 Stars. I would rate it a good 3(European) Star Hotel. Room Service took more than 1 hour to deliver a Burger.

Low quality water : alfayha water is almost the worst water in the country and much surprised of Coral having such products on their tables

It's a luxury hotel, also, it's near to shopping centre.

furniture is very old and damaged. the halls betwen the room is hot, the A/C is not cooling. the towels is old and torn.

The one thing i like is the hotel location only.

The receptionsit are not freindly. I stayed at grand suites and it was not clean some furniture are broken. The bathroom was not clean. Most of the lamps were dead i asked to replace.

Room size is small, no wifi connection in the rooms, and low download speed of the internet.

Nothing can be liked. It was unpleasant experience.

The service is bad Room is not clean especially the bathroom Minibar is empty - not even water At the check in I ask the person to block the amount he wants! after 2 days they called me in the room to deposit money because I consumend about less than 100 USD in using the hotel restaurants. I don't think I will come back to this hotel anymore.
