Central location

The hotel says it has wireless and as I was on a business trip that is the reason I chose this hotel. However, there was no wireless in my room and the 5th floor and when I rang reception I was told that someone would come 'and fix it'. However, no one came so I rang reception again and the receptionist told me very curtly that 'the man is coming!'. After 2 more hours nothing had happened so I called reception again and spoke to another person who basically told me that there was no wireless in my room, but 'if it's an emergency you can sit in reception'. At this point I gave up and checked out immediately. Terrible.

i like the respect and care from the manager to the whole staff they are very proficanal in their gobs also very kind and frindly thanks a lot and its my home when i am in al ahsa

They cheat me in price of diner

Staff treatment is very good the room was clean , but the room service knick the door in 8 clock am in the morning to clean the room , I comment to do not knick the door , the internet signal very poor to access internet throw my room. thank you booking for offer us a good price. as best deal Goodluck

The location was good. The duty maneger was trying to solve the shortcomming of the staff.

1- My reservation was not in there system. 2- The front desk staff was not trained to do there jop. 3- The Credit card machine was not available at the front desk. 4- The indian staff at the front desk was not a profissional person at all. In fact he was competing with his mate in looking at the computer screen. 5- The roomservice was asking for cash and doesn't like to add it at the room check.

The laundry was fast

Room, furniture, lightning, cleaning, parking space, food, no safety box, i asked for a note book and they send me a paper, The check in time was at 2:00pm and I reached the hotel at 5:30 and the room wasn't ready and I was waiting for another 2 hours to be in.. As I knew from the hotel staff that the hotel is a four star hotel not a five star hotel while it showing in yr website it's a five star, please I would like you to confirm this information from the hotel and update yr website.

Location is good.

Parking is very limited and most of the time I had to park my car in the street where the temperture exceeds 48 degrees Moreover, when I reached the hotel, the reception guy told me that there is no reservation for me and I had to find the confirmation mail and send it to him. He told me that I am lucky because there is one room just got free despite that I made my reservation 2 weeks back. This is not good as you don't know when you reserve that you will get a room or not depsite the confirmation. Finally, I had a meal at the room and after I finished, I put the dishes outside the room and nobody collected them for 2 nights till the time I left. I wasn't feeling good every time I pass and see them next to my door.

The windows were not sound proof and the noise of the highway outside could be noticeably heard inside the hotel.

You can evaluate the hotel is the second hotel in al ahssa ( 7.25 out of10 ), the price slightly expensive, and the rooms it seems to be a rent apartment not like hotel

NIce location at the city entrance, but you have to have a car to move arownd

Room service is very slow, No taxi or bus stand neerby, No restorants or shops neerby.

- مواقف سيارات الضويف محدودة جدا. - لا يوجد بهو للفندق و الإستقبال ضيق بشكل ملفت. - مدخل الفندق ضيق و غير عملي.

الفندق غير نظيف ورائحته كريهه انقطاع الإنترنت.
