We ordered a king bed, but we got 2 singles instead. This was very disappointing since we were getting away on a romantic night away from the kids and the daily routines. The concierge informed us that the room we were given is the last available room, so we had no other choice but to keep it. We then asked to have the beds merged while we're out at the Haram. When we returned to our room at 1 a.m., 3 hours later, the beds were just as we left them. We went down to speak with customer service and we were told it will be handled right away, and to have seat, and we'll be informed when it's done. We sat for 30 mins in front of the customer service rep to make sure he won't forget about us. After 10 mins of waiting, my husband inquired if the room was ready. The rep responded with "I'll inform to you when it's ready Sir". After waiting for 30 mins and dozing off, we gave up, and we returned to the room. The beds were actually merged, but talk about a lack of follow-ups and communication between the hotel staffs. I would never stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it; especially after a long flight. Another thing, the bathrooms are disgusting and moldy.
The bed was pretty comfy.
