Swimming pool and breakfast were good

Although I took a suit but it wasn't that clean, shower is not that good and also the room design was disappointing.

Excellent check in staff made up for a very unprofessional handling of my arrival at the front of the hotel.

Not greated on arrival. Unloaded bags from car by myself. First contact was a security guard telling me to move my car. Bell man took my bags after I entered building and told me there was 'no valet parking'. Check in staff were much better and handled the check-in process and valet parking in an efficient and professional manner.

The location was good on a main street, having a free wifi was helpful to work and check emails.

The windows looked like they had never been cleaned since the hotel was openned! The staff was not very friendly, especially at the check-in desk.

Services is too bad. "Clean the room" tag was in the door for 6 hours and no one clean the room. A/c was not so good.

As Expected From All ihg group 1- Fast check-in although It was a season (Eid Al Adha vacation) 2- The closed swimming pool (Not in open air) gives me and my family flexibility to use it anytime and there's no risk to lose the swimming facility due to sudden environmental situations like raining or dusty winds.

Everything in the hotel was amazing specially the welcome. The rooms the resturants. Perfect and i'll visit again.

Everything it was better than expectation, high-quality services, excellence in everything from reception at the airport to dropp off at the airport. Made my stay and buisness easy and a pleasant experince. would definitely make Crowne Plaza Al-Khobar my home whenever I visit the city.

It's definetaly a 5 stars hotel as per infra-structure, rooms, restaurant, spaces and staff. I had a good stay and might return there.

I found that booking.com prices vary from an I phone to I pad to a pc, a guy next to me booked the for a 550 sar with breakfast included using his I phone, I did the same on my I phone with same room type and got it for 595 sar without breakfast !!!
