The staff was wonderful ! Very friendly and cooperative ... And the rooms are clean well organized and elegent furinture and everything was available in the rooms . I only stayed for two days .., and this hotel will be my 1st place incase I plan to visit Riyadh again .. Thanks for the hotel staff & management

Rooms are nice & comfortable, The location of the hotel is excellent

No parking near the hotel you must use the vale service but its free.

The room was very clean and well equipped. Location was good.

- Breakfast very much overprized - Only one restaurant, food smell in lobby - permanent traffic jams around the hotel - small room size - some guests are writing that this should be best hotel in town :-) well, obviously they have not been in many other hotels.

Fruit Basket in room on arrival, Complimentary bottles of water every day & Tea tray with adequate supply, excellent in rood dining service.....and may more

the lifts is very old and parking is not convenient, but valet is provided

Extremely confortable bed, and very clean rooms, the buffet restaurant has drastically improved since my previous visits. The food was great!

They still need to renovate the lobby area.

Location as Riyadh is so crowded and I had family gatherings in East Riyadh.. Also to many Road Closure.

Bathroom was durty even though there was a paper showing it was disinfected. It was used after being disinfected and they handed over to me used. Keep on eye on that!
