The room was very clean and well equipped. Location was good.

The hotel was renovated and rooms are extremely good Breakfast was vary good

- Rooms nicely renovated,though rather small in size - Ambassador status recognized - Staff very responsive

- Breakfast very much overprized - Only one restaurant, food smell in lobby - permanent traffic jams around the hotel - small room size - some guests are writing that this should be best hotel in town :-) well, obviously they have not been in many other hotels.

Fruit Basket in room on arrival, Complimentary bottles of water every day & Tea tray with adequate supply, excellent in rood dining service.....and may more

the lifts is very old and parking is not convenient, but valet is provided

Extremely confortable bed, and very clean rooms, the buffet restaurant has drastically improved since my previous visits. The food was great!

They still need to renovate the lobby area.

Bathroom was durty even though there was a paper showing it was disinfected. It was used after being disinfected and they handed over to me used. Keep on eye on that!

I have been in this hotel before.Its located in old airport which is very nearest to King fahad medical city and olaya street.The hotel is good in terms of value as compared to other hotels in riyadh

Hotel entrance will give you an impression that its a four or three star hotel.Elevator and dining lounge does not meet standards of five star hotel's

Hotel is under renovation. Works in progress during the day. The hotel should advise clients before booking confirmation. Price per night is redicolous for this hotel.

only rooms internal decoration nothing else

A lot : 1st there is heavy construction during day time from 9 to 6 so u cannot sleep or set inside hotel. 2nd over prices, the hotel is too old and very poor looking, reciption, lobby resturant all are very poor. the location is not in the center of attractions but not far too.. very little drivers know the new hotel name it was Holiday inn since long time... i will not recommend this hotel to any one till they renovate the entire hotel which looks like at 2015 at least.
