لاشئ سوى تميزهم في تدليس الحقيقة وفن خداع الناس لاسامحهم الله كل شئ سئ جدا مساوى النظافة ووجود حشرات ضارة وسامة وهو ليس فندق ثلاث نجوم كماهو البوكينق بل هو شقق مفروشة باسم الجوهرة تصنيف درجة ثالثة أي أسوأ أنواع الشقق المفروشة وبذمتي لاأنصح أحدا بالسكن فيه لرداءته والمبالغة ةظالكبيرةالواضحة في أسعار

الفندق عبارة عن شقق فندقية النظافة مستواها مقبول الموقع وسط رابغ وغير مميز تنظيم الاستقبال اقل من عادي المواقف للسيارات محدودة الاثاث عادي جداً جداً سرير النوم سيء تصميم اقل من عادي-مايستاهل ثلاث نجوم المطعم عبارة عن زاوية واكلهم اقل من عادي المبلغ مبالغ فيه لحد الطمع للاسف ومخالف للمعروض في الموقع
