Dammam Palace Hotel  

Small rooms that were not that clean.

The location, the rates, the staff are polite, late checkout (I stayed until 5pm without extra charge), the top floor restaurant. Room size is good.

A bit dated, loads of smoke in the lobby,

the service was fast and friendly

the entrance to the hotel may be improved.

The staff.

You can’t easily access the hotel from the main street. The hotel is near a very busy intersection, traffic noise woke me up during the morning rush hour (6:00am). Also the elevators are very slow.

Good location

Hotel is good and comfortable. The staff is nice and we enjoyed our stay in that Hotel.

We have contacted Customer Service of Booking.Com to alter our reservation due to all of a sudden sickness. We have provided our reservation number and details through I-Phone, but regretfully they have not answered us. I discoavered they answered in my office E-mail in Riyadh later. How a guest carry all the details with him all the time and further it was booked through E-mail identity of my office in Riyadh. It is very embarassing how to answer from the same E-mail. When we are providing booking reference and are staying in the Hotel with the familyl why so much security and identification. Your customer service can check the hotel / reception for our identification. We urge the Customer Service to improve their approach to the people who are using Booking.Com services.

It's location

Lift,, they have only one small lift, which is very inconvenient

1. The bed sheets, covers, pillows were used, they were not change when I first came in 2. Shower water temparature was not convenient 3. Toilet did not flush properly

The hotel is very nice in location and design, rooms are very good for business and family stays, staff are nice and fairly trained. Rooms are comfortable. I'll not hesitate on staying there again...

Cleanliness of the rooms are good on the directly seen areas, but absolutely not on the little hidden ones. I just opened the curtain and found indescribable scene.. I do not think it has been cleaned since a year...

Internet is slow. Air condetion is not cooling. Very old style. It is not a 4 stars hotel like they claim. The do not have iron machine. When I asked they said they only have one and it is busy.another person he said we do not have one. If any one came and ask for your name or what so ever or asked to see your reservation, they give the information so not safe information.

reasonable price clean good location

inflexibility of administration I checked out early in the morning beacause I attended a medical conference which was expected to finish at 4 pm , but the conference ended at 2 pm , there was one hour remaining to check out time , I came back to the hotel and requested to enter the room which was still not occupied by other customer , to take a shower in a hot day before gowing to the airport , unfortunately , the hote manager refused . I expected to be allowed to take a shawer and leave before 3 pm . I was very upset

Generally OK but the room needs redocorating carefully.

عدم وجود عوازل مما يؤدي الى سماع الاصوات الخارجية داخل الفندق

لم يعجبني شيء الاثاث حبر و قرف وباب الحمام جلد ولا اعطيه نصف نجمه

酒店离火车站很近，离我们开会的喜来登酒店也不远，早餐很丰富，免费，餐厅性价比高，吃的比较好
