It is very close to the Haram. Breakfast was good. Outside view from the room. It should be a little more well maintained and clean as a five star hotel.

very close to King adul aziz gate of haram, good food court, staff was friendly and arranged everything we asked very quickly. wireless was a bit shaky, for 5 star hotel this is not nice, they should get a better wireless solution.

Very near to Al-Haram, clean room & bathroom, good room service, Free Wi Fi, available restaurants and shops nearby. Very costly parking (1Hr.= 15 Riyals) 200 S.R. per day, but you can park your car at Kudai general Parking and take a taxi if staying > a day

Everything Staff Location the bussiness center was not operating the night I stayed. They told me it will operate by next moorning; but I did not have chance to check as I checked out in the moorning by 10 O'clock.

Staff were very cooperative , hotel was clean and very close proximity to Haram. We arrived at 06.00am and were allowed to check in although normal check in was at 16.00pm. The breakfast was fantastic with so much to choose from. Two escalators down your in shopping mall. I loved everything.
