Friendly Staff. Clean Rooms. Not a complaints, but a comment: Parking was too small & too narrow for a mid-size car.

Being an Intercon hotel, it is not doubtful for this hotel to have a very high standard in all aspects. Its a few minutes walk to the masjid. The room service was great and also the free Wifi. But there is one main problem that I listed below The main problem is that in all my previous bookings with booking.com the price listed in the confirmation email is actually the one you pay besides the additional cost if you used additional services. But i was very surprised that this was not the case here I originally booked for 3 nights for around 300 dollars including breakfast but they charged us much more than that. Their reply was that because we booked with booking.com they had to charge 15% more but I calculated and it was even more than that!!!! This was very surprising and unexpected!!! Also every service they provide room service, etcc they charge you 15% extra. If i knew that I would have maybe checked other hotels.

Its a good hotel near to Masjid-e-Nabvi. Facilities are good. Breakfast was good. Check in time is 4pm. It would have been better if it is 2pm. Lighting in the room is dim. No toothebrush and paste.

The Hotel was very close to the Haram which was very convinient on the King Fahd Road. Overall was okay. Furnishing were quite old and some of the fixtures and furnishings are in need of refurbishing especially the bathroom. Tv was poor with majority of channels not working, Wi-Fi was decent but there is not a connection in every room so you have to connect to another room's Wi-Fi and sometimes no connection available in parts of the room.

Well the only thing that it was near Haram. Well the biggest problem is check in and check out times in the hotel ... they are not even complete 24 hours. We reached some time before the written check in time. They refused to give us room. Even when I asked them I will pay extra half day for early check in ... despite having rooms they refused.

The hotel is good located. I have stayed in Dar Al Hijra InterContinental couple of times in past few years. It used to be a good hotel but now things are different. Reception staff is friendly but management is very bad. It seems management has serious problems and even cleaners are not being controlled. Attitude of cleaners is very bad and they don't want clean rooms. Service is very poor. It needs a major reshuffle from management to cleaners to get back its image. Nothing accept location.

It is not crowded. Nice decorations. Very big rooms and dinning hall. A lot of furniture. The kitchen is not in a good condition compared to the bedrooms. When you enter the kitchen, it seems that you are in a 2* hotel :(
