Location, clean and quite. The reception call 30 minites before check out time to remind as about check out time. I do appreciate the proplem with many guests late checking. However they must only remind late checkers at or after checkout time. They also can charge them for late checking. |

Near Aol Masjid Al-Nabawi, Quite and clean. The reception calling my room 30 minutes before check out time to remind me about checking out time. I do appreciate the proplem with most of the guests late checking. However they must not call any one before checking out time. They must remind those not checking on time They also can charge those checking late. |

It is located just in front of Masjid Nabwi which is great comfort for guests. Excellent service and great food. however prices seemed to be on higher side. |

The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, and the service is good. little bit far from nabawi mosque, but it is ok. |

It's Service, Excellect Location and Incredibly Hygiene. I will definitely go back there again to stay, now i'm convinced to stay only at Dar Al Hijra InterContinental. Nothing at all. The hotel is perfect...!!! |

Th front desk staff were very friendly, I asked for 2 side-by-side rooms because of my kids, it took them about 10 minutes to find such rooms, which really was nice of them, considering the hotel was loaded. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were just a little old, kind of a 4-star bathroom, but it was very acceptable. The hotel is about 3-5 minutes away from the Mosque walking. The Breakfast was nice, and I really enjoyed the free high speed Internet in every room, and they had hotel parking, which is very important because its hard to find a parking anywhere. Overall, I recommend this hotel, a great bargain for your money. The bathrooms do not present a 5-star hotel bathroom, it can be a little better. |

Stayed 2 nights in this beautiful hotell and enjoyed every moment there.The staff were very friendly and helpful,the room was large with a bay window and very clean with comfortable beds, beautiful linen infact no complaints at all. Thank you all. |

counter dealing was not good we had two rooms booked, in one they appllied sevice charges in other no why all other passenger were not having sevice charges bill we feel they put extra charges, in saudi arbia hotel donot charge extra like service because they charge all in once thanks |

It is an excellent location especially with people coming for a visit to the prophet's mosque. Front desk staff were friendly and helping but rather introvert. They could be a bit more pleasant. |

We stayed in triple bed room because of it's near location to Prophet's mosque. We stayed there for 7 hours only to do Al-Jommaa prayer @ Prophet's mosque. Old furniture, poor room lights, old bathroom with bad towels. Our reservation was cancelled when we checked-in because we arrived 17 hours after check-in time!. When we insisted to respect the reservation, we were given a room @ lower floors. |

The proximity to the Holy Mosque and the service throughout the trip. Very good breakki included and worth the price. Definitely recommend a stay there for a night or two at the least. The price was a bit too high, room cleaning needed to be requested, got a twin room instead of a double king size as booked. But that was just a nuisance, overall hotel is still very relaxing and worth the stay. |
