Adjacent to the prophet mosque.

During my stay there was cut off of the electricty supply in the hotel at night, I used the stairs to reach my room in the 5th floor, unfortunetly the hotel has no safety standard, as the stair was very dark, and the emergency lights didn't work, I hope there will be no fire or emergency evacuation in future, otherwise it will be har to find your way out using the stairs.

Location. Overlooking the Masjid Al Nabawi haram and very convenient for attending prayers. Courteous and helpful staff especially in the very busy restaurant and the reception. A plumbing problem in one of our rooms was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Breakfast buffet was quite varied and tasty and catered well to a huge number of hotel residents. Proximity to other hotels and shopping was a plus as well.

Only one restaurant in the hotel. Not much choice in house. Although the concierge tried to help out on excursions, they really do need to update their information and be more helpful in suggesting places to visit in Al Madina. Noted some mildew in bathroom near tub. That could be taken care of very simply.

The staff are extra friendly, over coming all other issues, willing to help all the time. Location hust oppesite al haram, making it the best place They even put fresh flowers in the room, that made the room smell just amazing

The breakfast is good. Location is excellent.

Concierge was bad. I called and waited very long and later we decided to move all bags ourselves. My wife hurt her back. While passing the desk, concierge just watched. I did not want to give any tips and we don't recommend to anyone. We are not going there again.

Friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful carpet Comfortable bed Fast room service and delicious food.

No stand up shower Toilet seats very close to bathroom wall, even though bathroom is spacious. Fridge was out of order. Telephone system needs fixing. Lines interconnect. Room service answers, yet line is still dialing.

The stuff was helpful and friendly. Liked the location of the hotel which is near to worship place. and the breakfast buffet was great.

The sofa in the upper floors in front of the elevators was a good place for some people to gather and cause some noises.
