Fast check in and out. Nice breakfast. Location. Health center and pool area. Lobby area, very dull.

Staff at the hotel are friendly, and the hotel is close to the site famous malls. Pool was closed for maintenance without notice from the hotel or from Booking, also the quilt bed somewhat old.

Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Car park is close to hotel and never full. Ice cold plates at Breakfast spoil the good food served. The plates are in a plate warmer that is never switched on.

It is 4 star hotel but it is more like 5 star hotel. It appears that my room 208 has some issues with encrypted wifi .

I was given a warm friendly welcome. The booking in was fast and pleasant. The free breakfast was a good spread of tasty rather cold food. The plates in the plate warmer were ice cold unfortunately. Waiters were smiling and ready to serve coffee. The free WiFi was excellent, probably the best I have had in any hotel. Daniel from hotel it quickly helped with a logging in problem. The booking out and paying was fast with no errors. The only problem I had was that the hot food was warm to cold, with ice cold plates. This spoilt what would have been a great breakfast.

هدوء لانه بعيد عن ضجة المدينة طلبت سرير مزدوج ولم يتم تنفيذ الطلب وتم استبداله بسريرين منفردين وتم احتساب قيمة فطور لبنتي الصغيرة التي لم تتجاوز الست سنوات فاغلب المطاعم لا يتم احتساب الاطفال الصغار من قيمة الفطور ولم يتم احضار سرير اطفال مع انني طلبت ذلك

الإنترنت مجاني -الحمام اعزكم الله أدواته قديمة جدًا جدًا جدًا. - سعر الغرفة مبالغ فيه جدًا جدًا جدًا. - بالإضافة إلى بعد الفندق عن الخط العام حيث أنه بداخل القاعدة الجوية بالظهران ولا توجد تكساسي إلا بالطلب من الرسبشن ويصل خلال 15 دقيقة واسعاره غالية - مفاتيح الغرف عادية وغير ذكية وايضًا الأبواب قديمة جدًا لا انصح بالإقامة به

إحتراف الموظفين سرعة إجراءات الاستقبال مطعم بوفيه مفتوح رائع مكان متسع لأنتظار السيارات جامع مجاور موقع هادىء وبعيد عن الزحام حمام سباحة ممتاز طراز الأثاث وتشطيب الفندق قديم نوعا ما لكنه نظيف

هدوء تام وقمه في الراحه الموقع ممتاز جدا وانصح في العوائل والطاقم متعاون وبالاخص الاستاذ خالد قمه في الاخلاق العاليه مستوي تنضيف الغرف مقبول بعض الشي لازم تبلغ عشان ينضفون الغرفه

1- التصميم الرائع. 2- النادي الصحي. 3- هدوء المكان. 1= عدم تخصيص مواقع للمدخنين ، وابعادهم عن الأروقة العامة. 2- غرف الغير مدخنين ، بها رائحة دخان كثيف.

Nothing good can be said about this hotel It is a shame to classify this as four stars hotel, one star would be even biased. The staff were not friendly and they threw the money instead of giving it by hand. The room furniture and color were messy and old. The rest room wasn't cleaned well. I will never go to that hotel again

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Westerners could still have a Good Breakfast over the Ramadan Period. Parking area is large, and we never had a problem with parking. The account was as quoted. No surprise charges. I did not like being woken by reception, and then told sorry wrong number. There was no kettle or cups to drink coffee in the room. A kettle was sent when asked for. We bought mugs to make the coffee in. We would visit again, mainly due to the good location. We meet with Students of the University (KFUPM).

There is no water heater for preparing tea or coffee. There is no welcome tea or coffee as well in the room. The bathroom was not that clean Its location is not attractive
