Honest and good behavior for reception staff. 1-Difficult to find parking especially it is near to Al-Manea hospital where it is very crowd area. 2-The facility and service is normal apartment facility and cannot be ranked as hotel facility

only location near to beach & other important places of city. 1- hotel has total parking capacity of 3 vehicles only.in case of failure to get parking you have to park your precious cars on A narrow congested street where these cars can get scratches & damages easily. 2-bad smell in bath room & kitchen bec improper functioning or absent exhaust system. 3-one single bed in the room was just A collection of springs where no human can sleep even for one hour.

النظافة / السعر / المكان قريب من الكورنيش ، بالرغم انها تقع داخل حي سكني مزدحم. قريب منها بقالة/ مغسلة/ حلاق/ صيدلية. قرب الشقق من بعضها مما يسبب ازعاج واصوات الابواب والدخول والخروج. صعوبة وجود المواقف. الغرف صغيرة بعض الشيء

مدير الشقق لطيف التعامل مع الساكنين, مكان الشقق قريب من الشاطئ ميزة جيدة. ليس هناك مواقف كثيرة لساكنين رغم توفير موقف خاص بي في الفترة الذي كنت ساكن لديهم

الفندق اكثر من سيئ ويعد جريمة في حق الفنادق أن يتم تقييمه الى اربع نجوم والذي قام بالتقييم تلقى رشوه ولا يستحق اكثر من نجمة واحدة اثاث متهالك السرير يصدر اصوات وغير مريح والغرف صغيرة والشقة بغرفتين وصالة وحمام واحد الحمام قذر جداً الستائر قذره ولا يوجد بلاك اوت الشمس داخل الغرفة والمكيفات من نوع الشباك وقذرة جداً ولا يوجد مناشف للاستحمام وكذلك الكرسي مكسور والحمام لا يقفل والصابون والشانبو لا يتم تغييره وانصح بعدم الحجز فيه البتة.
