سرعت أنهاء أجراءات الدخول والخروج (تشك أوات) لايوجد مصعد في مواقف السيارات حيث يتوجب الصعود لدور الأولى عن طريق درج ومن ثم ركوب المصعد ولو علمت بهذا لما أخترت الفندق ,حيث سبب لي مشقه كبيره ,الثلاجه لاتعمل وتم تبديلها بأخرى أيضا لا تعمل وتصدر صوت مزعج

لم يكن تعامل الموظفين لائق و أخبرونا انهم قاموا بالإتصال لإخباري بإالغاء الحجز نظراً لرفع الأسعار في الإجازة و لكنهم لم يبلغونا بالإتصال مرة أخرى حتى يتم الرد او عن طريق الوسيلة الرسمية إرسال الإيميل مما تسبب لنا بحرج كبير
