هناك تدليس و تلاعب بالصور الموضوعة على موقع بوكنج من خلال الشقق المفروشة، حيث كنت قادما من الرياض برفقة زوجتي الحامل و كنا في غاية التعب و الإرهاق، وعندما وصلت كانت الغرفة غير جاهزة للاستقبال مما اضطرنا الانتظار مسافة النصف ساعة في غرفة مجاورة غير نظيفة و متسخة و كنب الصالة متهالك و قديم و كذلك بقية الأثاث متهالك، و عندما انتقلنا للشقة (عبارة عن استديو الذي قمت بحجزه) وجدتها أسوأ و أسوأ و أسوأ و مختلفة تماما عما شاهدته، و أكرمكم الله المرحاض يعمه الصدأ و رائحة الغرفة غير جميلة و التلفزيون قديم و غير ملون و كانت سعر الليلة 150 ريالا، نزلت برفقة زوجتي و رفضت النزول في الغرفة و تحدثت مع موظف الاستقبال بأن هذا غير لائق و مناف تماما لمصداقية الشقق المفروشة و أنني أريد النزول في نفس الغرفة التي شاهدنها على الموقع ، و أخيرا قال لي موظف الاستقبال بأنه سيجعل سعر الليلة 130 ريالا فقلت له لو جعلتها ب50 ريالا لن أقوم بالمبيت فيها لأنها قديمة و رائحتها قذرة و متهالكة، مما دفعني للخروج و البحث عن مكان اخر و قد فعلت و دفعت في الليلة الواحدة لاستديو 200 ريال ولكنه كان نظيفا و جديدا و الحمام كذلك. فأرجو من ادارة الموقع ان تراعي ذلك من خلال البحث عن واقع الصور و المعلومات قبل انزالها على الموقع. و اقترح تعيين مندوبين في كل مدينة بحيث يقوم المندوب بالمرور و الاطلاع على كل الفنادق التي تنشر معلوماتها و بياناتها على الموقع للتأكد من مصداقيتها و أود القول بأن هذه هي المرة الرابعة التي تحدث معي فيه مثل هذه الوقائع و خصوصا داخل السعودية. و عندما اقوم بالاتصال على ادارة الموقع لابداء احتجاجي لا اتحصل الا على اجابة واحدة "ان ادارة الموقع تنشر ما يعرض عليها من قبل الفنادق فقط" فاذا كانت ادارة الموقع تقوم بذلك اتمنى ان تراعي المصداقية فيما تنشره وذلك من خلال التأكد من المعلومات و الصور قبل نشرها.
